This smacks to me of retaliation. The only way I can interpret this from what has been said is that she lost her job and offered sexual favors to get Cain to get her a job. She implicates herself by the trip and hotel stay with dinner and drinks. Putting herself in this situation sent signals that sex was a bartering chip for a job. She was rebuffed- he wasn’t going to pull strings for her or accept sex for a job, so now she finally has the opportunity for payback. Her story sounded like someone wrote it for her 5 minutes before and it was the first time she’d read it, judging by how she stumbled through it. If I’m wrong...so he made a pass at her and was a decent enough man to stop when she said, “no.” And of course being trotted out by Alred loses her any possible chance of credibility.
I’ll try that line on my wife the next time I have dinner with a single blonde.
He certainly could, though now with lawyers involved who knows where this will lead..
We do know from history likely 2 things will happen...
More women will come out of the woodwork.. some may just be folks seeking attention, or like Tiger Woods or Bill Clinton they could be telling the truth.
Time will tell which is which, but it is clear that Cain’s complete mishandling this out of the gate is going to cost him. If he becomes the nominee but is too damaged to win the general it does no good to anyone.

Not really, turning your upper body 90 degrees to face someone in the seat next to you is not “twister” but something folks do every day.
Placing your right hand on their thigh not difficult in the least from a forward facing or right facing position, and neither is getting left hand on their head.. Of course you could switch the hands as well, left hand to the crotch, right hand to the head, a more natural position, but would indeed require the left hand to get out of the way to finish pullling her head toward your crotch.
The bulletproof “impossible” claims are what are laughable. Folks have been having sex in cars since shortly after the first one was built, to claim being unable to do certain things in them because they are physically impossible is what is laughable.
I know this is Apples & Oranges, but back in the early 90’s my company was sued three times (all frivolous AND NOTHING TO DO WITH SEXUAL HARRASSMENT). Each time I wanted to counter sue but my lawyer advised not to bother as such counter suits rarely are successful. Finally after being sued a 4th time I fired our attorney and hired a new one at almost 5 times the former’s hourly rate. The new attorney not only filed a counter suit but also later in the process sought sanctions on the opposing attorney's. That lawsuit disappeared rather quickly and we haven't been sued since.
At that time I had on a black pleated skirt, a suit jacket and a blouse. He had on a suit with his shirt open.
