I can assure you that it is very possible for a gals head to be in another persons crotch while they are sitting in a drivers seat.
I have no idea if this gals telling the truth or not, but I can most assuredly confirm, as many other folks on the planet can, that a steering wheel does not make it physically impossible to have someones head in your lap/crotch in a car.
