The lawyer at the presser started off by saying the Sharon Bialek is a registered republican. The Illinois State Board of Elections says otherwise:

She also was NOT an employee of the Restaurant Assn. She was let go by them & said she contacted Cain to see if he could get her job back or help her find a new one.
This is Not harrassment of an employee by Herman Cain! No word that he ever did help her & she's probably ticked off & this is pay-back time for her.

Sharon Bialek is the first woman to be the face of the harassment scandal

Herman Cain won’t be getting “back on message” anytime soon.
Sharon Bialek, a fourth woman accusing Cain of sexual harassment, went public on Monday in a press conference with celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred.
Bialek, a mother of three that Allred introduced as a registered Republican, revealed her encounter with the Republican candidate in 1997 in which she says he crossed the line when she asked him for help getting a job after being let go from the National Restaurant Association’s educational foundation.
“He put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals,” Bialek said. “He also grabbed my head and brought it to his crotch.”
At that point, Bialek says, Cain justified his actions by saying, “You want a job, right?”
Bialek, who did not file a lawsuit at the time and says she has no plans to do so, said she is coming forward now to give “a face and voice” to the other women who suffered similar sexual harassment.
“Admit what you did,” Bialek said, addressing Cain. “Make this right>”
Cain has been dogged by reports he paid women to stay quiet about their allegations of sexual harassment in the 1990s during his tenure at the National Restaurant Association, Politico.com reported.
Allred has famously repped a litany of controversial clients, including Tiger Woods’ mistresses Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James as well as Anthony Weiner’s former porn star pal Ginger Lee.
Cain said this weekend he would no longer answer questions about the alleged harassment, and that his campaign was “getting back on message.”
His popularity has taken a hit in the wake of the harassment scandal, which has dominated the headlines since the Politico report broke.
A Reuters/Ipsos poll released Sunday found Cain’s favorability rating has dropped 9 points among Republicans.
In a few days, Larry Flynt will offer her a tidy sum to pose and be interviewed by his field of demons.

Some talking head just said it’s unclear whether or not this woman worked at the NRA when this incident took place. Not according to the woman.
This all stinks to high heaven. She calls him and told him she’d been fired and he didn’t know about. She tells him she’s going to “be in the area” and wanted to talk to him but she didn’t tell him what about. He actually has to ask her why she’s there. Her story has lots of holes in it.
Every republican candidate should announce they’re withdrawing from the race and throwing their support behind Cain. Otherwise it’s going to take blood in the streets to with this war. The enemy will stop at nothing.
