I felt that way too. But unless it ends up being Newt that debates Obama, prepare for some letdown.
Cain's genuineness and passion will make Barry's "skills" look like the cheap electronic geegaws that they are. It'll be the difference evident between the testimony of Clarence Thomas's supporters (real and heartfelt) and those there for Anita Hill (cold and calculated).

I loved Herman’s question to Newt in the closing!
It was a great night for both Herman and Newt. Congrats to both for a WOW performance.
I thought their respect for one another absolutely shone through when the stood together arm in arm smiling and waiving to the crowd.
Oh What A Night....I great after this debate.

God bless you, dearest Col Freeper!!!! And you as well Onyx.
BTW, doesn't that little guy look like he could do some serious giggling?
My only granddaughter turns 16 in April -- seems like only yesterday that she was teeny-tiny like that.

Well, I can dream, can’t I?

AP, as Cain said, is still lying to the American people.

I cannot answer to where Newt claims his residency... I only know that he has resided in VA since @ 1999.

I liked how Cain kept bringing it back to self responsibility and the need to “own” the value of everything you get/spend...including entitlements. It’s the first step to self pride and weaning off those who’ve spent generations on the gov’t teet.

Where is Perry???? Not participating in the TWO-MAN Lincoln-Douglass debate. You do know what "two-man" means, right?
To: lyby
Newt Gingrich has been a VIRGINIA resident since @ 1999.
Thanks for the information. :)

..Newt is a policy wonk with no peers, but Mr. Cain inspires--that is only one reason why Herman Cain should be on top of the ticket...

That’s my ticket too. I like Newt, but I’ve got more confidence in Herman. I know them both personally, and I can tell you that I’ve got problems with Newt that I don’t have with Herman. If I had to encapsulate it, Newt is too full of himself.
