Karl Rove has turned out to be a big disappointment for conservatives. He is about as relevant as Jerry Rivers.
It is unfortunate because I believe he began essentially as a really good guy but some where along the line he became more about preserving his power especially after McCain lost and truthfully I do not see him entirely as ‘the enemy’ but you are right he is a disappointment. I don’t like it when I see him gang up on and feed the monster that is the political class.
Karl Rove is NOT and HAS NEVER BEEN a conservative. Why do so many conservatives latch on to these phony beltway RINOS?

You’re late in catching up. but I’m happy your on board now. Reality: “W” should and could have won in actual landslides if was a conservative. Problem: He was not. Therefore, Rove had to be very careful how he packaged the man.
Frankly, I’ve had way more than enough of professionally packaged candidates. Might as well vote for Spam in a can. Cain is the real deal and I’m in.
Remember those old days where we would affectionately say ‘Rove, you magnificent bastard!’. While talking about how ‘Kurt Grove’ was sabotaging the Democratic campaign with his advice?
