The fight over the California Dream Act, controversial legislation signed by Gov. Jerry Brown to help illegal immigrant students pay for college, is not over.

Earlier this week, State Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, R-Hesperia, started gathering signatures for a referendum that would eliminate part of the act. He wants to overturn Assembly Bill 131, which Brown signed on Oct. 9 allowing illegal immigrant students to apply for state-funded scholarships.

Well there is an issue on the TX ballot this Tues, that is asking for money for the State Colleges for student Loans. (I’m probably wording it wrong) I will bet it has an EPIC FAIL. Then I envision a Lawsuit by a Texas U.S citizen suing if just ONE illegal gets in-state tuition.

Navel Contemplating.

The referendum to stop SB48 (homosexuality in textbooks) failed to gather enough signatures, so we need all the help we can get. What we need and don't have is a right-wing version of George Soros backing our efforts.
