Herman Cain huddled with Henry Kissinger in New York on Thursday, discussing foreign policy with the elder statesman. According to Mark Block, Cain’s chief of staff, the former secretary of state also commented on Cain’s notorious campaign video, which shows Block smoking.
“Halfway through Mr. Cain’s conversation, Doctor Kissinger turns and points to me and says, ‘That smoking thing you did was brilliant.’ I sat there thinking, Dr. Henry Kissinger just said something I did was brilliant,” Block says. “We all got a good chuckle.”
Block adds that Kissinger was impressed by Cain’s questions. “He told him that he meets with any candidate who wants to get his views. But he told Mr. Cain that most come in and ask about what they should say on the Sunday shows. Mr. Cain, he pointed out, asked what he should do when he is president — a different kind of approach for this kind of meeting.”
The meeting, which lasted over an hour, covered a variety of topics, Block says. China, the Middle East, Libya, Iraq, and Afghanistan, among other hot spots, featured in the conversation.
Blowing smoke into the camera lens would have added a nice touch.
I'm sure he already has as I know some are working at local area camgaign level. He may not know that he's talking to them yet, though :D

Well, since Herman Cain probably is crazy, that’s an interesting thought.

This website is already routinely looked at by conservatives and the opposition. Who’s to say that he or his top staff don’t already check-in from time to time?

He think’s differently. It’s a dangerous thing to find yourself up against.
I read this as a bit of a peace offering to the gop elite.
As an example here in New York city where I live we have a lunatic as Mayor named Michael Bloomberg. Being a billionaire is not enough for this guy. He wants to the rule the masses like his own little ant farm. He bans smoking in every conceivable place possible, even in parks even on the street(Times square). He also has banned what he has deemed as unhealthy foods such as foods with trans fat.
Yet at the same time he is constantly demanding people ride bicycles in the street, building bike lanes that is costing the city millions even though the city is broke and firehouses are being closed and next year cops will be laid off.
And what is the result? Almost everyday someone is killed riding a bicycle. The most famous being the sister of Alan Dershowitz who was hit by a postal truck last year. Yet he continues to demand people ride bikes, even going so far as to say he will build rental stations across the city. Yes, let's give kids the impression it"s OK to ride their bike in the street around speeding trucks and taxis, but smoking a freakin' cigarette in a bar or eating french fries is the end of the world.
Wonder what Rush would say about that....
Not to mention, lots of FREE airplay on news broadcasts!!
Amen to that. I was lost for a few days. I remember seeing Cains name here on FR while Sarah was still praying on her answer.
I didn't really like anyone else, actually, I never gave any thought to any one else.
Thought this country was s$rewed when she announced she wasn't running. It was a messy few days.
So I had to look at my options. I remember hearing about Cain previously, speaking at Tea Parties, etc, but never gave much thought to him as a POTUS......until Sarah declined.
Then I remember something Sarah said.....not verbatim, but said she'd jump in if she felt there was no one else to do the job.
Perhaps He showed her Cain. Time will tell.
While Cain is very intelligent he is anything but crazy like a fox. He fumbles around way too much to be considered cunning.
The same can be said about those who drive gas hogs or cars that run on gasoline.

This line always cracks me up. Cause if you were to say this in the midst of another libTurd crisis (whether real or not), I could see them nodding their heads in affirmation, while projecting a facial expression of feigned concern. At which time, it would be priceless to burst out laughing and shout at them "I made this up you dumb dolt"! And then watch them sputter for looking so ridiculous.
I also love the similar line "Women, minorities & CHILDREN hit the hardest" when libTurds are really trying to pull one over on us and play on sympathies! At this point they are acting stupid & foolish and we should attack back by saying "How so"?

Kissinger’s endorsement is not a plus for Herman.
