I don’t even get this story. Is she saying she got drunk and went home with the boss? She came back to work a few days later, all upset? Did he lock her in a room for a few days? How did he take advantage of her? Did he force her to get drunk at a business affair? Did he have a gun and forced her into the cab? Does she know what happens when a cute 20-something gets into the boss’s bed?
How is it harassment to sleep with your boss?
Now, do I like that If If If the story is true, it means Cain cheated on his wife? No.
But here is our choice:
Mitt Romney (probably didn’t cheat) or Herman Cain (might have cheated)
Then in the general Herman Cain (might have cheated) or Obama (might have cheated with a man).
I am still supporting Cain. Hoping he will just spill his guts about his marital indiscretions or else just say this is between me and my wife. I’d like him to vow not to be busy cheating in The white house. I want him to be honest though.
You are assuming this story is true, then? Maybe he hasn’t been unfaithful. Maybe his wife does know these things. Have you thought of that?
It is called quid pro quo...you do this (go to be with me), I’ll give you that (promotion, raise, etc.). It is all neat and tidy until the boss doesn’t produce the raise, promotion, etc.
So far everything has been rumor, smear and innuendo.
We must not allow it! Does this mean that every black Conservative who threatens to secure high office (Clarence Thomas, Herman Cain) will have to face this nonsense?
These allegations are supposed to be explosive but they’re still anonymous and as many people have said they didn’t witness anything as allege they did.
Even the story itself “she woke up in his bed” doesn’t mean they had sex.
I’ve been for Cain all along and I’m not changing my mind based on this. If there is actual evidence or he confesses, I’ll rethink my support but in the end we’re hiring a President, not a Priest.
