Free Republic founder Jim Robinson has a message for supporters of Mitt Romney: go away.
In an email to POLITICO this afternoon, Robinson admitted that the site routinely blocks Romney supporters from posting -- and offered no apologies for the practice:
Free Republic is a pro-life, pro-family, pro-gun, pro-small government, pro-constitution, pro-liberty site. Governor Romney is none of the above. His record is that of an abortionist, gay rights pushing, gun grabbing, global warming advocating, big government, mandate loving, constitution trampling, flip-flopping liberal progressive with no core values. That and the fact that he is the chief architect and advocate for ObamaCare disqualifies him for any consideration whatsoever on Free Republic as a potential nominee for the presidency.

Romney is the poster boy for this. Gun bans, mandates, gays in the military, gay marriage and Obamacare were all championed by Mittens before Obama ever even got into office. Williard is also a big time manmade global warming supporter having no problem with crap and tax. All these would pass in Congress when Mitt proposes them because the dems want these things anyway. The RINOs want them as well. With a republican president proposing them, all those things would pass because the RINOs would have cover. Just supporting the president they’d say.
But when the people rise up in anger you can be sure the democrats will make certain the republicans get the credit for destroying our country.
Exactly, and the Rat controlled MSM would gleefully blame and destroy the conservative Republicans first, any "Jumpin Jim Jeffords" types would be praised, while "cross the aisle" types would be forgiven to continue the con.
A RINO victory would be worse than an Obama second term.
The only message would be weakness and security. Can't conservative arguments hold their own against other ideas?

Then you’ve already lost. If mittens wins the general electiopn, it’ll be a cowards victory at best, and a complete strategic and tactical defeat in all likelihood.
