Arizona's maverick Sheriff Joe Arpaio promised surprises in his jurisdiction's investigation of Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidential ballot and his Cold Case Posse is delivering – raising questions that touch on the authenticity of the long-form birth certificate issued last April and the possibility Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security Number.
Sources close to the investigation say the posse has decided it needs to see original birth records before it can conclude whether Obama should be eligible for the presidential ballot in 2012, not an electronic file or scanned copies.
The sources say the panel needs to examine the microfilm documenting Obama's birth, as well as the ink-and-paper original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health is holding in its vault.
The PDF file and various scanned copies of the birth certificate that the White House released April 27 are simply not good enough, the posse has determined.
Earlier this month, WND senior staff reporter Jerome R. Corsi spent 18 hours over a two-day period in Arizona briefing the Cold Case Posse on a wide range of evidence regarding Obama's eligibility.
"The posse wants to see the entire microfilm roll containing Obama's birth certificate, not just a microfilm copy of Obama's long-form birth certificate in isolation," Corsi explained. "An individual microfilm copy could be forged, but forging the entire microfilm reel on which Obama's birth certificate is in sequence would be almost impossible."
Also, Corsi said, the posse wants the ink-and-paper original 1961 Obama birth records still held in vault by the Hawaii Department of Health to be released publicly and subjected to independent court-authorized forensic examination.

Maricopa County Population 3,817,117
Rest of Arizona Population 2,547,900
Obama can’t win Arizona without Maricopa, and the rest of the counties in Arizona will follow Maricopa’s lead (possibly excepting Pima County, also know as LA East).
Obammy’s DOJ has been running witch hunts on Sherrif Joe for a couple of years now. They lose every time.
This is a case of turn about is fair play. It is nice to see that our corrupt elitists do not own everyone in power. The truth and rule of law means something to one lawman in the US. He also remembers the constitution.

There’s a lot of ignorance on display on this page. Mine was one of nearly 300 signatures on the petition to Sheriff Joe asking him, as chief law enforcement officer, to confirm Obama’s eligibility to be on the ballot in Maricopa County. It was a task he didn’t seek and probably didn’t want but felt duty bound to fulfill the charge of the citizens. The courts, the media and Congress are engaged and complicit in a cover-up and news blackout but the Sheriff has no fear. Perhaps his investigation will lead to the unraveling of the scam that is Obama.
And if Sheriff Joe chooses to run again he’ll be reelected in a landslide by the good, law and order citizens of Arizona.
Not unicorns, but crooks for sure and looks like he might catch one soon.
And...They need compliant judges and election officials to keep Obama off the ballot. How likely is that?
And....I write this as one of the truest blue birthers out there. Maybe this time God will be merciful and allow swift justice. We should all pray because that may be the only God can save this nation.

When you look at the in-your-face corruption of obama and his administration, name one “thing” that has had any impact? He continues to run amok.

Just out of curiosity, when did the Maricopa County Sheriff get jurisdiction over Arizona presidential election?

1. No Sheriff, in any county in the United States, controls access to the ballot.
2. This "posse" is a posse in the modern sense, a group of hangers on who inflate the ego of a public person, not an official (if volunteer) part of law enforcement. A real, official, investigation, could go to the grand jury, and seek a grand jury subpoena of any public records relevant to its investigation. It wouldn't have to whine about how its lack of access to those records hinders its "investigation."
Good luck with that. Hawaii thinks it doesn’t have (and I guess it really doesn’t because no one has made them) obey subpoenas, why would they let him see it?
You are a stuffy dry cod is you think this is silly. It is merely a gambit in the game. Don’t be so uptight about how and by whom the game is played.
The game really has no rules and any one can play. Generally, only those with stature have a chance at making points. The sheriff was made a player by the presidents crude attempts to override his local power.
Since he is a player, the sheriff is free to make any moves he chooses to score points. It is fun. It is potentially historical. It is a pleasant diversion and lesson in the use and application of political power.
