Powerful enough to heat electric blankets? Who’s going to pedal all night?
I grew up on the farm. Dad used a electric powered conveyor to carry the silage up and into the feedwagon.
He instilled in me an appreciation for how much labor-saving power can be conducted through a small electric cord.
Electricity makes big, mundane jobs an enjoyable snap.
Powering that generator, on the other hand...............well, they’re in for a surprise. Power in has to exceed power out.
They’ll be back to using coal before long.
Just reading the title of this post is all I need for my daily ‘LOL’.

About Me
I am a graduate from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s in Music (trombone) and a minor in Environmental Studies. I love to travel, hike, write poetry, indulge in nature, learn, look at glass art, read, think, talk, love, make music.
I am passionate about music but also about environmental issues and social justice. I envision a future where there are many sustainable communties, and youth and other people feel empowered to make and create change. I also feel strongly about the arts and their importance in education and the community. All children deserve a quality education.
I have become more focused on health, and besides being vegan, have put more time into my body and my health. I have been trying to meditate and do yoga and pilates as often as I can.

What a bunch of morons. How long does it take to charge an iPhone with a bicycle - half a day?
You just can't make this stuff up.
