A day after refusing to oppose repeal of Kasichs measure, Romney waffled about his straddle, saying he opposed repeal 110 percent. He did not, however, endorse the anti-mandate measure, remaining semi-faithful to the trans-Appalachian codicil pertaining to principles, thereby seeming to lack the courage of his absence of convictions.
Romney, supposedly the Republican most electable next November, is a recidivist reviser of his principles who is not only becoming less electable; he might damage GOP chances of capturing the Senate. Republican successes down the ticket will depend on the energies of the Tea Party and other conservatives, who will be deflated by a nominee whose blurry profile in caution communicates only calculated trimming.

SO? George Will finally said something right...he still is more Establishment than he was conservative years ago...but he’s right on point
Political cross dresser George Will is wrong
starting from his premise that
backstabbing, carpetbagger Romney is
“the Republican most electable”.
The maliciousness of Will the RINO is demonstrated
in that Romney is NEITHER ‘Republican’
nor the ‘most electable’.
This is a very important column.
The zeitgeist is penetrating the GOP Citadel.
You missed a keyword there. Calm down.
The fact that Will is more establishment than conservative is what is so earth-shaking about this column.
The guys in the GOP echo chambers are starting to hear the rumbling roar rising up from the grassroots.
When someone like Will is saying, not only is Romney not the “most electable,” but he is actually about to harm the GOP chances of winning the Senate, very new cracks are appearing in the GOP citadel.
I think our first order of business is to get Romney out of the race as soon as possilbe. He’s worse than a distraction, he’s a liability. And the fact is, even the beltway boys, are waking up to the fact that Romney is NOT going to get the nomination.
That just sounds nasty.
Did you read the article?
Will said the exact opposite: he said that not only is Mittens NOT the “most electable,” he shouldn’t be President anyway AND he’s going to end up hurting the conservative movement in their efforts to win races down ticket.
Do you know what the word ‘supposedly’ means?
It means presumed or accepted as being true
on inconclusive grounds.
Q.E.D.
RINO Will continues to PIMP RINO Romney.
When George Will writes a column like this, Romney is TOAST.
(Not that Romney wasn’t toast previously. Maybe I should say “burnt toast.”)
Sure did.
The RINO Will ends by calling Romney, “President Romney”,
asking what he would do pondering ethanol subsidies.
What difference does it make. If THAT is what
RINO Will perceives, then it heralds what he really is.
Read it again, would you? Please.
Because that's NOT what Will said. Quite the opposite, actually.
Hoo boy.
Okay. Suit yourself.
Will should eschew obfuscation.
Careful now.
You're revealing something about your reading comprehension skills that you may not wish to reveal.

Romney is a RINO if there is such a thing. His entire “secret to success” is to be as much like jello as possible. The more I look into him, the less I like, albeit he does a good job trying to sell himself as a “true Conservative” now that he's on the national stage. It's obvious he's well funded and he's getting his message out, but if you actually do any sort of research beyond the sound bites of adds, floods of pro Romney youtube adds, sudden appearance of pro Romney websites... you see his views, his past decisions as governor... are not at all in line with traditional conservative ideas.
Pro abortion
Pro centralized/government run health Care
Pro amnesty for illegals
Thinks we can fix and sort of jazz up Social Security
Anti gun and at least years back proud of it
Believes in “Global Warming” when that was a big fad
Romney is reinventing himself in front of our very eyes.
