On Martin Bashir's television program this afternoon, Democratic strategist and MSNBC analyst Karen Finney said that Republicans are supporting Herman Cain because of his race:
One of the things about Herman Cain is, I think that he makes that white Republican base of the party feel okay, feel like they are not racist because they can like this guy," Finney said. "I think he giving that base a free pass. And I think they like him because they think he's a black man who knows his place. I know that's harsh, but that's how it sure seems to me."

In the white house in charge of our party? sounds good to me.
Zer0 sees his place as bringing the socialist 3rd world to the US ASAP.
The Republicans could nominate Barack Obama and they would still be accused of racism. Bit if you look at it historically, the Democrats are truly the party of racists.
Atop the polls? Ahead of the RINOs? In the Oval Office?
Good places.
Historical and undeniable fact... the Rats are the party of racism and the party of war.
His place is leading America back to family values and prosperity. Liberals are crazy and racist—so racist they can’t even see that they are so.
Lessee, the Left can use racist stereotypes with no outcry, while every word from a conservative’s mouth is a suspected racist code word.
Sounds about right.
It would be sweet to see MISTER Cain give this goon the bloody nose he so abundantly deserves.
Yes indeed. Herman Cain knows his place - IN THE WHITE HOUSE!
Keep repeating it - great bumper sticker.
Let’s put Herman Cain in his place - in our White House!!!!
“Knows their place” were the exact words of a democrat friend of mine regarding blacks. Obvious projection on the part of dems, they are the true racist party, always have, and always will be.
Cain is driving the Dems berserk especially now that Palin is pretty much out of the picture. They know he stands a very good chance and it’s driving them nuts. In their minds a black man is only allowed if he’s a Democrat. So who’s racist? Hmmm.

Great post. The truth ain’t always nice, but it’s always the truth.
anyone want to bet that at some point someone on the left compares Cain to that character in a skit on the old Dave Chappelle show of this old blind black man that is the leader of a white supremacist group. He has a handler that keeps his skin completely covered at all times. He doesn’t know he is black, and when he finds out that he is, the first thing he does is divorce his wife because he wouldn’t be married to a woman who would sleep with a black man.
GOOD GRIEF!!
speechless.
ALL liberals see is skin color. It actually shocks me.
Libs (both black and white) consider any black man who isn’t a full-time grievance monger with a massive chip on his shoulder to be an “Uncle Tom.” Capitalist? Uncle Tom. Cheerful and optimistic? Uncle Tom. Advocate of personal responsibility? Uncle Tom.
At how many levels is this laughable?
First, historically it was Democrats who voted for Jim Crow and who dug in against Lincoln’s reforms. They are the ones who had the low view of the American Negro’s proper place. They are the ones who cheer on things like rap and violent movies today which further attack the dignity of the American Negro.
Second, Republicans wish Americans of every color would be Republicans too. They do not single out Negros for special attention.
