Lawsuit Abuse: A congressman voted out of office last year is suing, claiming that the election loss cost him his livelihood. There are so many things wrong here that we almost don't know where to begin.
Former Rep. Steve Driehaus lost Ohio's 1st congressional district race in 2010. He was thrown out by the voters after serving a single term.
But rather than showing some class and proving he is a man of character, he's suing the Susan B. Anthony List because it identified him as a member who voted against its pro-life principles. He claims that the group is responsible for "depriving a person of his livelihood."
Driehaus obviously thinks otherwise, but neither he nor any other member of Congress is entitled to their offices.

No mention that he’s a D until the very end when it says that the DNC pulled its ads for his campaign.
Okay, before I get suckered in, is this Onion?
He belongs down with OWS group.
This is akin to a bank robber suing the cops , the courts and the citizens for loss of livelihood because they arrested him and sent him to jail.
And only a Democrat judge...
Yet U.S. District Court Judge Timothy S. Black, an Obama appointment who reportedly is a former president and director of the Planned Parenthood Association of Cincinnati a group the Susan B. Anthony List wants defunded has allowed it to go forward, ruling in August that the suit can go to trial.
WOW! Thanks for posting. Tactics of totalitarians. Vote them OUT. Defund them ALL.
Just goes to show that the dems don’t really care about the citizens as much as they care about the money that is in it for them.
The most biased judge possible for this case, a former Planned Parenthood big wig??
Just goes to show that liberalism is a mental disease.
So he’s suing the Susan B. Anthony List for telling the truth. I didn’t see the word defamation used. Again, read my previous commment.
Exactly. These criminals are paving new ground on the highway to hell.

I sure would like to be on this jury-—but I don’t live in Ohio.
