'There are a couple of things ... that could be a little bit exciting'
The results of a formal law-enforcement investigation into whether Barack Obama is eligible to be president of the United States could come as a "shock," according to Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Tuesday night, speaking to a tea-party group in Arizona, Arpaio said, "I can't tell you everything, but there could be a shock there somewhere that my guys came up with. I can't talk too much about it. It's in the process."
WND previously has reported that Arpaio has constituted a special five-member law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate released to the public April 27 might be a forgery....

Joe knows how to get to the bottom of things in D.C. Check out his background.

My guess is that Arpaio’s Posse will be more effective than the entire US Congress in revealing the illegal background of “Barack Hussein Obama II.” Obama’s real name is in quotes, according to Helton Maganga, Chief Administrator of the Coast Provincial Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.
Good point.
After so many disappointments I am not expecting much. I hope I am surprised.

I hear ya... I try to keep my emotions really guarded when it comes to this topic nowadays. I’ve had my hopes dashed so many times over the last few years that instead of being excited and hopeful I’m rather apathetic at this point. I’ve not “given up” completely, I still try to educate people in regards to the NBC requirements, as well as various other aspects, but otherwise I just can’t let myself get excited over these situations.
Sheriff Joe and I don’t always see eye to eye, however I respect the man greatly as his integrity can’t really be questioned. I pray for the safety of Sheriff Joe and his investigators, but I know that THEY know the kind of danger they really are in and that they won’t let it deter them does make me a bit more optimistic.
Yes. Thank you.
Awww, thank you!
Even then Hussein admitting being secret son of Malcolm X won't do him any good neither.
"About two years before the 2008 election, 0bummer engaged the services of a large and powerful law firm to hide and destroy any records that might be used to challenge his claim of being a natural born citizen.
"That he would do this demonstrates
"a) that he is NOT a natural born citizen, and
"b) the depths of corruption that 0bummer is willing to engage in."
Those are a couple of inferences you might draw from his conduct. But they are not the only possibilities.
There isn't anyone among those to whom Lucy's post is addressed who is not aware that there is a reasonable hypothesis that the guy in the White House is not the son of Barack Hussein Obama Senior and/or Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama).
By itself, that wouldn't provide any evidence as to where he was born. And on the eligibility question, at least one element of the hypothesis would completely eliminate any shred of the Vittel argument--assuming his father is exactly the kind of multi generational American citizen Vittel and the authors of the Constitution and the Founders had in mind when they used the phrase "natural born citizen".
And it would further not affect the argument that there is some other person, born in or out of the country, who has the birth name of Barack Hussein Obama, II. The guy in the White House might well have been born the son of a multi generational American citizen--in New York City; or in London; or even in Mombasa Kenya. He might also have been born the son of a person who is not anywhere on the horizon. At present, there isn't really sufficient hard evidence to come to a conclusion.
Lawyers study the law and rules of "Evidence" in law school. Somewhere along the way we hear about "statements against interest".
For example, the driver who is sued for damages in an auto accident on the theory that he ran the red light--even though there is no other third party witness or camera or other evidence that he in fact ran the red light; the driver's out of court statements to third parties that he in fact ran the red light are admissible as "evidence" that he did so.
Sure, that kind of evidence could be refuted by the person who took the picture of the accident showing the light was not red; but absent clear admissible legal evidence to the contrary, the statements by the driver that he ran the red light would be the best evidence that he in fact did so.
What we have here is a long history, supported by a number of affidavits in the several lawsuits that have been filed in the several lawsuits on the subject, which testify that the guy in the White House has gone around in a wide range of forums ranging from casual bar meetings to organized political gatherings, telling people that he was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
So at the worst, those affidavits are presently the best evidence that is where he was born. They could be leveraged to put the burden of proof about where he was born on the man in the correct kind of legal proceeding.
The time for Obama to prove anything has come and gone. I don’t know how it works (state by state or fed?) to verify if someone is qualified to hold the office. But it’s pretty much moot at this point.
By the time all the legal crap happend to remove him, it would be way past 2012 when he’ll get the boot by the voters anyway.
You make some good points. Many with which I agree (except for the one I used in quotes.
I do not see this as a tool to remove Obama. I see him using the issue to make void the US Constitution. While many suspicions are there this could all be a way for Obama to show us Americans that it's not necessary to be a legal and natural born citizen to be President therefore it's not necessary to require documents to prove one's citizenship.
Obama has set a precedence which is "American Citizen UNTIL proven otherwise".
We need to change it back by getting to the bottom of whatever is up with all he's hiding and we must do that whether he wins in 2012 or not.
Personally I was hoping the BC issue would have stayed on the back burner until after the elections. But who am I to be putting politics above the US Constitution?
