Ralph Elliott had volunteered to pick up food for the Christmas Eve party he and his wife had hosted for more than 50 years.
But as he stepped into his car with an armload of chicken at a Popeye's restaurant in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood, Elliott was fatally shot during a robbery attempt in 2009.

If the government wants to manufacture some jobs, it should be to build more and more and more prisons. No more early releases due to overcrowding. If prisons are crowded, then we need more prisons.
Gotta love our justice system. Talk about something that is malignant.
It’s a sad time in our country when a vicious repeat-offender murderer does not (can not?) receive a death sentence, even when his crime is recorded on videotape.

Maybe he'll get re-incarnated as a guy who gets gunned down in the streets.
I would rather see people put to work building gallows, gas chambers, and developing lethal injection chemicals.
Not a hate crime, just a crime against a good man.

Can't wait till the natives start eyeballing the race pimps and pull a Gaddafi or Mussolini for selling out and making money off the misery of the African American community.
Oooooh .... the judge spoke harshly to the killer. Probably grounds for appeal.
The left decries the building of more prisons because certain demographics are over-represented in prison.
IE, building more prisons is “racist”.
The late Richard Pryor, thought the same thing:
"It made my heart ache, you know, to see all these beautiful black men in the joint. The warriors should be out there helping the masses. I felt that way, I was real naive. Six weeks I was up there and I talked to the brothers. I talked to 'em, and ... thank God we got penitentiaries!"
No need for the injected chemicals. Something like 50cc of air will do it, and we’ve lots of air and used needles.
This is why convicted murderers should always be executed ASAP.
If executions increased it would relieve overcrowding and thus the need for more prisons. Always an option to offer the left. :)
I would like to see a real three strikes law. People who commit a third felony, any felony, after serving two previous felony prison terms should ride the needle. It would perhaps require some adjustments to what is considered a felony, but I think that anyone who can’t get the hang of civilization after two chances is a waste of oxygen and should be killed like a rat.
Hard to believe there are some here who object to those of us that would refer to the murderer as an animal.
