The workers drive the company's rental cars to and from the airport for cleaning and refueling. They are among 34 Hertz employees suspended Sept. 30 for failing to clock out before breaks.
The Seattle Times reports that Hertz says nine of the 34 signed the agreement and have returned to their jobs.

LOL Herta isn’t saying they won’t give them time off to pray, but just that it won’t pay them to pray. Good for Hertz. I can’t see what CAIR could possibly sue over since Hertz IS making “reasonable accomodation” to the bastards to worship the pig god.

I was at an airport in detroit and a manager of several concessions was having a word with his muslim employee. He had been looking for him for 2 hours and when he found him the conversation I heard occurred. The worker said he was praying, he was looking for the supervisor, he was saying anything...to get out of being a crap employee..hell for all I know he was scouting out the airport for terrorist activity. The supervisor obviously had few choices of employees as he accepted the list of BS from this a hole and asked him to please go back to work..aw Jeeez, fire the POS and get someone who wants a job..
