"I've had the good fortune to work with Bob Dole, Steve Forbes and Tommy Thompson and I can honestly say that I've never quite seen the groundswell of excitement that I'm seeing for Herman Cain."

You are setting the bar pretty low there, pal. I like Forbes but “groundswell” just doesn’t come to mind when I think of those three.

It looks like Hermie is in a good position to take the Hawkeye Cauci. That would be great. But my fantasy primary election result would be for him to take New Hampshire. So long, Mitt.

It could be worse it could be Carl Rove helping Herman out! ;-)

This is twice today this has happened to me. I have “QUOTED” something form someone else and had FReepers attack me as If I were the original author of the words.

Maybe it’s me. Maybe I am not doing something right.

I don’t see Mitt Romney not taking New Hampshire, but I want to be wrong about this, please, with a Herman Cain upset in New Hampshire. Herman needs to, often, explain how his 9-9-9 plan won’t create taxes in New Hampshire, if he, really, wants to win in New Hampshire. Mitt’s name recognition, political experience from neighboring Massachusetts, Massachusetts voters that moved into New Hampshire, and Mitt’s overall familiarity in New Hampshire will be very difficult to beat, for any other ‘12 GOP Presidential candidate, IMHO.
