But seriously this guy is so stupid, and he just keeps saying the dumbest stuff that I just see him as a joke who's actually a funny guy, a really good stand up comedian, even if he isn't trying to be. His brain damage has gotten significantly worse over the years making him more entertaining. I seriously start to laugh when I hear him instead of getting angry like do with Obama.

Well I agree. But they also rape and murder with the handouts. They just have more time for their pastimes when they are being fed, clothed, and sheltered by their Uncle.
What a perfect statement on our culture and politics that Uncle Sam has gone trans-gender and become a nanny.
We are unavoidably heading for another depression, worse than the 30’s, economically, and MUCH worse, societally.
The “moral base” of the people of the 30’s far surpasses the moral base of our society as a whole today.
There will be a lot more horrific crime, and a lot more of us who are scratching by will have to be ready for this, and ready to defend our families with deadly force.
Seriously — do police officers actually PREVENT rape? I could see how they would prevent petty street crime and maybe small riots, because if they were walking down the street a lot, the petty criminals may feel deterred.
But a rapist isn’t really a criminal of opportunity. They are generally pre-meditated, and planned, and know how to do their crime where there wouldn’t be an office.
Additional police would help solve the crimes, which I guess would get rapists off the street, but I think it actually does harm to people to suggest to them that more police officers would make them safer.

It has been found under U.S. law that the Police are under ABSOLUTELY NO responsibility for public safety.
Each American citizen is responsible for their own safety.
Remember - when seconds count - the cops are minutes away.
In Oakland they recently said to NOT EVEN CALL THE POLICE to report a burglary or identity theft.
Chew on that one for a few seconds..........
Police are there to put up tape AFTER you are murdered and/or raped.
Oh, and to issue tickets to increase government revenues.
Oh I know.
The function of the police is to gather evidence and apprehend suspects to be prosecuted by the state.
That is why, if you were to phone any police station and say that you are about to be harmed, many of them will not respond until you have been harmed, unfortunately.
But most cops I know are still good cops, and will often go beyond their obligations and try and do something if they see somebody about to try and harm somebody else.

If you say someone told you that they are coming over with a gun to shoot you they will NOT be right there to protect you - but they will be there after you are shot - and have a pretty good idea who did it.
Most Police officers are fine as individuals. Around here they are an ongoing criminal conspiracy (L.A.), but all in all better at managing the criminality they profit from than the gangs would be.
