Was it good? No Godfather’s around here, unfortunately.

I am still serious sold on a Cain/Gingrich ticket.

I'd vote for that ticket, and I'd work for that ticket.

4.4 Conservatives vs 1 RINO. Do the math. The Conservative Vote is going to be split and this is what concerns me the most.

Ha! You just stated what I think!

Note! Look how quickly CNN jumps to save Romney! He gets a whole segment post-debate, all to himself.

I wasn’t aware he debated. I read that he refused to debate Bill White and that he’s always shied away from debating when possible. I can see why.

He debated the Republicans in the primaries, but shied away from debating Bill White. Watching Perry go head-to-head with Kay Bailey Hutchinson is not something I would wish on my enemies.

Cain was a non-presence, which is good for him.

I’m good with a Newt/Cain Cain/Newt ticket.

Agreed, Cain was supposed to be on “the hot seat”, but Perry and Romney both ended up fighting each other, almost literally! Santorum beat each of them up as well.

Cain nails it again. He should be President.
Win tonight for President Cain.

Agreed!

The audience was booing him at times for some of his answers.

The audience booed Perry when he attacked their precious Romney.

Perry was much better tonight. I was very happy to hear him talk about defunding the un.

Overall I think Newt won tonight. He was excellent.

ok winners in order in my opinion

Cain- Newt tie....mainly because Cain in my opinion faded a little at the end. Newt always strong.
Romney
Perry...did better
Bachman
Santorum
Paul still seems to be running for the Socialist Workers party nomination.

I wish Bachmann would go home and take care of her scores of kids. That woman is seriously annoying.

Wait a minute there...Cain did not get mugged, he stood up quite well to a lot of attacking from those without a plan. I thought he defended himself well, an important thing to elucidate in a debate setting, defense of your case and attack of the other...He exonerated himself well both in policy and technique.

I won’t be supporting Cain.

If Perry doesn’t make it, I’ll switch to Newt.
