House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa snapped at National Labor Relations Board general counsel Lafe Solomon for openly defying his congressional subpoena.
Not complying with congressional subpoena is technically an illegal act, and Solomon could be charged with contempt of Congress if Issa, a leading Republican, chooses to proceed down that path.
“Your continued personal obstruction, lack of compliance with a validly issued congressional subpoena and false statements to the committee are unacceptable,” Issa said in a Monday letter to Solomon. “The NLRB is acting as a rogue agency that believes it does not have to fully answer to Congress.”

HELL! The entire of the Obama administration is acting as a “rogue” administration. So what’s new?

Why is this a surprise? All of Hussein's Agencies are totally rogue insofar as Constitutional powers and selective enforcement is concerned. The are essentially Chicago Thug agencies now.

After drawing 1000 lines in the sand why should any agency worry about congress?
Issa, grow a pair and DO IT don’t threaten it. We the People are sick and tired of having to obey every commie intrusion into our lives it is about time government slugs have to live under the same rules. In fact I think our founding documents address this but I may be mistaken after decades of public education’s deliberate attempt to distort the founding of this country. Actually it is Pubic education because they are more concerned with all things sexual rather than the task of education.
Darrel Issa served three years in the Army during VietNam as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician. That means he defused bombs for a living. I don’t think he lacks nerve, or that any Obama shyster is going to stare him down.
That’s good to know. He looks pretty young for Nam.
According to Wikipedia (yeah, I know), he was born in November 1953 and enlisted at age 17. That would have put him into the Army in about 1970.
I should have checked. If he was born in ‘53, he looks really good for his age.
