The Justice Department is accusing the Republican congressman who is leading an investigation into "Operation Fast and Furious" of "mischaracterizing evidence" and "maligning" federal law enforcement officials by questioning Sunday whether the FBI was trying to cover up the existence of a third gun at the scene of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry's murder last year. The “Justice Department”. ROTFL!!! Okay.
The list, ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
A Federal Law Enforcement Officer was murdered by a criminal using a firearm that was supplied by the DOJ and agencies within and they are going to get their panties in a wad over a possible third F&F gun at the scene?
to Holder and the other folks at DOJ... Would you please get a sense of priority? Quit lying to Congress, quit trying to cover it up, and just fess up. The cat is out of the bag and you got caught. Don’t make it worse on yourselves. We know you were trying to subvert the Civil Rights of Americans.
You will go to jail for this and we will have repeals of laws for this. There will be justice no matter how hard you try to run from the truth. We will not let this be swept under the rug and we won’t forget. F&F has destroyed the credibility of the DOJ. Don’t let your lying destroy it more.

Drum beat for special prosecutor/independent counsel
Issa was asked about some of his concerns and unresolved matters. He said they were provided with evidence labeled gun #2 and gun #3, and that it suggests there is a gun #1, which they aren’t seeing.
I don’t find that unreasonable. Who starts numeration with the number 2? Abbott and Costello?
You simply cannot use “the Justice Department” and “mischaracterizing evidence” in the same sentence....ask Holder given the sheer and utter amount of “mischaracterizing of evidence” they have done since the AnointedIdiot appointed the idiot in charge of the DOJ.....
And to think they are now crying and whning cause the same dog and pny trick is being utilized against them? LMAO! Suck it up and take it like men, idiots. KARMA is a biatch. =.=
