It’s clearly racism. Parenting has nothing
to do with it.

So, are we to conclude that minority children can’t afford seat-belts in the Obama economy, or are they just too stupid to use it?

Once again, personal responsibility failure.
At least here in Indianapolis, and I bet a lot of other places, if you don’t have the proper seat when it comes time to take the baby home, the hospital gives the family one.
I’m sure Baraq Hussein Obama will push for legislation to initiate an office of Federal Child Seat Distribution and Compliance.

I have reported this post to “Attack Watch” as its clearly racist.

Driving home from work on Saturday, I saw a white girl, probably about 8 or 9, in the front seat of mom’s SUV.
She had her seat belt on; however, she also had her bare foot sticking out the window.
I would have been smacked silly if I attempted that.

Don't know where the study was done but here in Central Texas most of the 63 Chebbies have more hydraulics than your average Boeing 747 but haven't seen one yet with 14 seat belts......

It’s a cultural thing. In the third world, there are fewer cars so those who never had one certainly had no use for seat belts.

Clearly, this is a terrible danger that auto manufacturers must remedy. They will have to install seats with sensors that weigh the sitters. If they are small, an automatic seatbelt will some out of the seat and secure the child.
The Auto Seatbelt Czar that Obama appoints will say that it’s for the children and will castigate the auto companies when they protest that this would add thousands of dollars to the price of a car, which people with children could not afford.
We’ve seen this movie and countless sequels in the past 3 years.

Perhaps we need to mandate 18 seat belts in all sedans

Liberals don’t think too highly of minorities if they keep having to come up with these studies that always come to the same conclusions. They are always set up to get the results they want for some other wealth redistribution scheme.

This was from a time before Obama reversed the racism and healed the planet. One can clearly blame Bush.
