Plot Against Second Amendment
Newsmax ^ | 10/15/2011 | Martin Gould and Ashley Martella

The government-sanctioned gunrunning operation, Fast and Furious, was a plot to undermine Second Amendment rights in the United States, National Rifle Association president Wayne LaPierre charged on Friday in an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV.

“It’s the only thing that makes any sense,” LaPierre said. “Over a period of two or three years they were running thousands and thousands of guns to the most evil people on earth. At the same time they were yelling ’90 per cent… of the guns the Mexican drug cartels are using come from the United States.’

This should not be treated lightly. Subverting the constitution, illegally running guns to enemies of the United states used in the murder of active duty law enforcement with these same guns by the enemy is treason!
Why are there not more representatives screaming about this? Same as supplying Al quida terrorists with weapons to fight American soldiers on the battlefield. Resignation is not good enough prosecution and jail time is demanded

It’s not enough for just Holder to step down. This goes to the top. You are correct - much WORSE than Watergate.

Anyone seen this and is it real?

A Yellow flag ! !

Very important that everyone read and understand the importance of this email!!!!

I Googled Cebrus Capital and on the surface these seems to be a connection. Mr Soros name is mentioned in a few places. Do your own research on this one...

I googled “cerberus capital management freedom group buying guns” and found many stories about this. Without lots of research, it looks like it is true!

For the last several years a company called “The Freedom Group” has been buying up American gun and ammunition manufacturers.

Some of these companies are:
Bushmaster,
Marlin,
Remington,
DPMS,
Dakota Arms and
H&R.
DPMS Panther Arms
NEF
Dakota Arms
LC Smith
Parker
AAC
Barnes Bullets
EOTAC
INTC

Some people worry that Freedom Group is going to control most of the firearms companies in the United States. Of course, If you control the manufacturers you can decide not to sell to civilians, or, you can raise the prices to ridiculous levels or you can make the supply of guns and ammo scarce - all sorts of logjams.

What a perfect way to control America’s guns!

If you do some digging you will see that The Freedom Group is owned by a Wall Street investment company called “Cerberus Capital Management”.

“Cerberus” in the epic book “The Inferno” by Dante Alighieri, is a three-headed demon hound (from Roman mythology) that guards the Gates of Hell to prevent those damned souls who have just crossed the river Styx, from escaping back to the world.

Investor GEORGE SOROS owns Cerberus!

Please pass this on to all your freedom loving friends. This needs to come out - and quickly! Why have we not heard about this in the “mainstream” media? I would think this would be BIG news.

The absence of big media coverage on this important subject should be BIG news to you, too!

This is not the first time an event was staged in order to create an outcry for more gun control.

The first was in 1993 in Waco, TX at the Branch Davidian compound.

The BATFE screwed that one up as well.

But who are two key figures involved in both Waco and Fast&Furious?

Hillary Clinton and Eric Holder

Remember Bill “if you elect me you get two for the price of one” Clinton and his brilliant wife who was not discredited yet from her attempt at socialized medicine.

Remember Eric Holder who quit as a Superior Court Judge to join the Clintons at the Department of Justice and eventually took over towards the end of Clinton’s second term?

Relax. Cerberus is owned by Stephen Feinberg, a great conservative who has men like Dan Quayle on his management team.

Feinberg regrets calling his company Cerberus due to the connotation. But he is a good man.

Cerberus bought Chrysler from Daimler who had raped the company's treasury and cheapened the vehicles. They were setting the company right when the economy fell off a cliff.

Obama refused to give Cerberus a loan to keep Chrysler running. Instead, he gave the company to Fiat (for nothing) and also pumped $12 billion into it.

Obama preferred to give Chrysler to a foreign owner than have an American conservative company own it.

With regard to Freedom Group, Cerberus is saving many of those companies who were on the brink of bankruptcy.

They are consolidating them, streamlining the products and turning it into a money-maker.

Freedom Group is publicly traded and you can invest in it.

There is no evil plot here and Soros has nothing to do with it.

There really isn’t any other logical explanation for the Administration’s actions. No one could be so stupid as to think that it’s possible to track weapons once they cross the border; so their claim that this is part of an investigation is simply a lie. The gun grabbers in DC have been claiming for years that there is an “iron river of guns” flowing into Mexico. (And hence the “need” for more gun control legislation on this side of the border.) Since this claim isn’t true, and never was, they made their own river.

“There is no evil plot here and Soros has nothing to do with it. “

Cerberus Capital Management is a private equity company and owns over 94.3% of Freedom Group, a holding company, which owns a number of firearms, ammo and component companies.
Snopes says there is no “apparent” connection between George Soros and Cerberus. The authors of Snopes, Barbara and David P.Mikkelson have a history of associating with left-wing causes. Beyond that they have put down criticisms of Obama and his administration with disingenuous or conditional terminology. Much of their “verification” or “negation” is subjective.
NRA_ILA has also put out a statement that there is no connection between Cerberus and Soros and gun owners shouldn’t worry. However...Market Watch reports that there has been contact between Soros’ Paulson Group and Cerberus.

At the very least Vigiance is recommended here. Somehow, relaxing and resting assured has little place in the Soros context; NRA_ILA notwithstanding.

Cerberus is an investment company. They look at lots of companies but buy only a few. There has probably been contact between them and Paulson Group regarding investments.

Just speaking to a Soros organization does not mean you are a Soros supporter.

I know Cerberus and there is nothing to worry about there.

Hey Wayne, Mitt Romney DOES NOT have a positive history on RKBA. He will not even consider the 2nd amendment when appointing judges.

Investor GEORGE SOROS owns Cerberus!

The NRA says otherwise

NRA has had contact with officials from Cerberus and Freedom Group for some time. The owners and investors involved are strong supporters of the Second Amendment and are avid hunters and shooters.

In reality, at no time has George Soros ever been a part of the ownership group of Freedom Group or Cerberus, and as a privately traded corporation, there is no possibility that he will be in the future.

This unsubstantiated rumor has caused a great deal of unnecessary concern for gun owners. NRA-ILA urges our members to take great care before repeating baseless rumors found on the Internet.

In ever put all this assault on the second amendment stuff together until I read a piece on WWII and why the japs didn't go into Calllyfornuh and keep on going since all our soldiers were fighting the Germans, until they hit the Midwest.

Here's what I found out and don't have the link unfortunately, its in one of my emails.

Seems that one state i think Wis. or one of those had 700,000 guns registered in it and the japs knew it. They figured even if the US army didn't stop them they would have to fight it out every farm house in the country so they stopped at Pearl Harbor.

Seems the regime is under a similar style(proving they are the enemy from within) of thought if you put it all together. First they make ammo scarce and now Gunwalker. Who knows what else we have not uncovered as well.

Second amendment is definitely under assault along with the total decimation of the US or as far as they can go until we stop them.

Every time they do that we should stick it back up their arse. There are huge differences between the Bush arms tracking and zeros Gunwalker the biggest of course was that under Bush the ATF tried to track the movement of the guns but was prevented through incompetence and errors while under the regime the ATF was prevented from doing so by he regime!!

If we simply state that every time they try and pin it on GW we win they lose. We have to do that or they will get away with this crap again.

It’s waaaaay past time to acknowledge that this whole thing originated in the Oval Office of the White House, and the current Chief Executive should step up and admit it.
