That’s obfuscation if not out and out deception. Just one? Cain’s 999 plan replaces several forms of taxation that we have today, not just one. FICA, Federal, and Medicare are just three we now have. Why build your case on deception?

The next president doesn't need a visionary tax plan, Norquist said, but should just start "chipping away" at the current tax code to lower existing taxes.

LOL. This guy is the president of Americans for Tax Reform.

He should probably rename his group, Americans for a Slight Chipping Away of the Current Tax Code which is Mostly OK.
