In a radio interview just now, Herman Cain previewed his Tuesday night debate plan: Im going after Romney.
"Im not going after Perry. I dont need to go after Perry," Cain said, per POLITICO's Juana Summers.

Romney is still the enemy of conservatives and my goal is to see Willard knocked out. I'd rather see a proven executive, a true blue conservative and a successful Governor like Rick Perry get the job done, then leaving it up to a gimmick laden neophyte like Cain.
This may not well end for Perry and it may not end well for conservatives either. My biggest concern is that this primary process and general election may not end well for America.
No, I just haven’t fallen for the kool-aid. Have a nice day.
Of course. The guy is not really a principled conservative, so he can't intelligently articulate conservative positions. He's what he was at TX A&M: a "yell leader" who chants slogans someone else dreamed up. He's just another career politician, of the type which has destroyed America by pandering to special interests like the Hispanic/illegal lobby, the Muslim/CAIR lobby, crony capitalists, etc.
Rick, Sarah and Todd are very good friends. They come to Texas all the time and Perry gives them tickets to sit in the very best seats at any of the pro games. She knows and trust Perry.

CAIN:
RomneyCare?
“That dog won’t hunt”
But Romney as a candidate?
“Good choice”.
If I were Romney, Cain could “attack” me all day every day, and I wouldn’t break a sweat, given what I already have in hand from the Tea Party’s lead candidate.
That’s what has happened to you. I can’t believe what I’m seeing at FR...I can go to a thread and I feel like I’ve entered DU.
Some of us are bleeping fed up with the money men, "movers and shakers," crony capitalists, etc. running our country into the ground...OK? We do not want, and will not accept, another hack career politician who rants "conservative" rhetoric to get the nomination, then climbs in bed with the enemy once he is in office. That's how we got Bush I & II, Ford, Dole, & McCain. The "money men" angling for bailouts and subsidies can shove their ill-gotten dollars where the sun don't shine.
Methinks you are an empty vessel, just like your candidate of choice.
Palin said alot of things.
The fact of the matter is we are at such a critical juncture in our nation’s history that we cannot afford for someone to get elected and have ‘on the job’ training. Whoever is elected will have to immediately (with pressure from us to remind them) start leading the charge to roll-back the marxist crap that’s been pushed through. Of course Obama deathcare is number one but the EPA must be stopped and hopefully disbanded (not going to happen I’m afraid). The regulations that have and are going to be imposed are already having a devastating effect. Rick Perry is fully aware of the energy situation; he has seen firsthand the effects of the regulations.
For me it is not a matter of ‘brand’. I’m a constitutional conservative; have been all my adult life. A Reagan Republican.
Of course I respect your decision. We are going to ultimately be on the same team.
Time for a little ole Rino hunt...
Thanks for proving my point.
No. I think he’ll go after Romney. It’s Romney that won’t go after him.
He is going after trash - he said Romney.
Yes, I’m with you...Romney and Cain are awful, aren’t they.
And how does Slick Rick Perry, on a State salary, get the "very best seats" at pro games? Crony capitalism. Nobody gives favors and large gobs of $ to a career hack politician unless he is sure he will get something in return. Career politicians are whores, except that real whores provide service with their own bodies, while politicians provide "compassion" and "heart" at taxpayer expense.
Go to hell, Rick, or back to Paint Creek. Your choice.
What would happen if Sarah came out as an Independent? BTW, she’s not giving her support in the primary - don’t blame her.
Opps on my part, I was agreeing with you, just didn’t word it right....sorry
Yes, like saying...that dog don’t hunt...big effin’ attack...that’s about what we’ll see tonight...gentleman’s agreement attack me, attack me, attack me....fool those little cult followers and this is how you do it!!!
“Perry’s problem is he has to overcome the image he created for himself this last debate. And he can’t do that by laying back and enjoying it. It’s a double-edged sword for him tonight.”
If he spent his time attacking Zero, it would probably help him a lot.
