In a radio interview just now, Herman Cain previewed his Tuesday night debate plan: Im going after Romney.
"Im not going after Perry. I dont need to go after Perry," Cain said, per POLITICO's Juana Summers.

This is a planned gentlemen’s agreement between Cain and Romney...attack me, attack me, attack me.
I would. I can't forgive him for supporting Specter over Toomey. I consider it a disqualifying lack of judgement. Certainly not the judgement necessary to lead this country as POTUS. I would constantly be wondering from whom he was getting his marching orders.
Kinda like now.

If all the candidates just attacked Obama, we wouldn’t really know where they stand on issues that are important to conservative voters...glad I’m not the only one that see’s this....:O)
Boy, you are so wrong.
"That dog won't hunt."--Cain to Romney about Romneycare while standing right next to Romney.
Cain, already on the record, about Romney:
“Romney is a good choice, but I believe he can’t win”.
Romney has one problem, one, according to Cain in the interview...his Mormonism is too unpopular in the South for him to win.
Otherwise, “Romney is a good choice”.
He has also said, he could be Romney’s VP, and he could pick Romney as VP.
Both sides of his mouth.
She also said that Cain was the flavor of the week.
But for me personally, her endorsement means little.
I’ve been looking for that video. I had it on my facebook page and don’t remember taking it off. I play farmville and clean the older farmville posts off every other day so that the posts I make that are about Herman Cain show up. I might have accidently deleted it. I’m going to look on the net to see if I can find it again.
Well, his only hope is to not stumble. But that alone doesn’t win debates. To win one has to win out over the others. That’s a high bar coming from where he’s at. The only way he’s out after the race tonight is if he does stumble; and stumble mightily. I expect him to continue being a player, at least for awhile if not longer. But I’m not sure that matters. I wonder if we really understand what we’re seeing here with Cain. Time will tell, but it could be momentous. Not necessarily tonight but the drift of things.
Romney has one problem, one, according to Cain in the interview
Watch the 90 second interview and notice that Cain criticizes Romney for Romneycare.
Well, I never posted anything about attacking Obama. What I said about choosing a candidate during the primaries was:
Yes and hopefully people do this by who articulates the best solutions for the problems we face.
I still believe that's where the emphasis should be. Let the Democrats give the media fodder for their mindless political spectacles. Republicans should be taking these opportunities for showing why they would make a good president, not why their opponents stink.
The comment is actually a knock on Perry. Like he’s not worth attacking anymore. It’s a dig at Perry, not Romney.
I was wondering that myself.
You are both so yesterday...
IF she is as smart as I think she is when she gives him a closer look...she’ll not like what she sees. IF she does...she is not as smart as I thought she was.
Bingo. Nail...head...hammer. Perry’s job was to draw support from all the true conservatives: Cain, Palin, Bachmann. He did succeed in pretty much killing the Bachmann candidacy.
You are so completely blind...
Certain Perry supporters have taken several things Cain has said and created this theory that Cain is running interference for Romney.
I won’t deny Cain has criticized Perry - once over the rock and again on immigration. In fact, Perry’s immigration stance bothers Cain enough that he does not want to be his veep and would not support him for the nomination right now.
But, he has had criticism for Romney too. The jobs one is just last week.

It is just some people’s opinion that Cain prefers Romney to Perry, I don’t believe it. Cain is someone who calls it like he sees it. And he has said it from the beginning, he is in it to win it. “I’m not running to go to Disneyland, I’m running for President of the United States”
Maybe after all she’s been though she just doesn’t trust insider career politicians like Mitt and Rick.
