The parents of a missing 10-month-old Missouri girl planned to make a public statement Friday after police announced that the couple had stopped talking with detectives investigating the baby's disappearance.
Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley didn't speak to the media Thursday night after a police news conference accusing them of no longer cooperating, but relatives read a statement insisting they never had stopped. The family said the couple would have more to say Friday.

I'm good for that as well.
But we do know that she's not going to be.
I can't fix that.

Having worked at Ericsson/// on the cell phone stuff. And having worked on some of the patents. Even during 9/11, when folks were crazy to isolate cell phones to piles of rubble....
GPS and cell towers are two different things.
Really. One gives exact coordinates. The other gives relative signal strength.

The cops figure the parents are in on it, and are doing whatever they can to put additional pressure on them.
??? Yes, my cell phone charges near my bed...also serves as my alarm clock. I think that is fairly normal. What is not normal is to have every cell phone in the house in some common area, where somebody could collect them all and take out of the house. Its exactly the kind of ‘it doesn’t add up’ item, which would interest the police. This story is going to have a tragic ending...not sure why its being treated as fodder for aspiring comedians.
Prayers for the safety of this little one! We have all seen horrible tragedies when the parent(s) are involved and when they are not (and law enforcement seems to think so).
Isn’t the point of having a cell phone so you can take it with you. Why wouldn’t the father take a phone with him to work? I mean, they got three of them. The stolen phone story might be a way to explain any delay the parents had in calling the cops.
You would be wrong.
Some folks don't like RF devices near their head (crazies, but not as bad as you). Some folks just put everything right there on the table before they go to bed in the other room. Folding cash, silver, cigarettes, lighter, pocket knife, .380 and the cell phone.
Different folks, different things.
You seem to assume that what you do isn't weird.
I find it weird and somewhat disturbing.

The mother didn’t have a TEAR....she was crying without one tear.......color my SKEPTICAL. That POOR baby....wherever she may be.
Are you the MOTHER or the FATHER??? You really are a head case with all of your comments.....I pray for you, you need help, Johnny boy.
Ever hear of 'cried out'?
My momma died last month. I was dry eyed at the funeral.
My emotions are not for public display.

I do have a pony-tail, don't have teeth, and pick on people that jump to conclusions.(accesories include folding cash, pocket knife, real silver, a historic Llama .380 from back when they were good, a used pair of glasses and the company cell phone, wherever it is.)

Not interested.
Point is, cell phones can be tracked.
Get the point...
As soon as the story broke and they said someone climbed in through a window in the middle of the night I thought to myself “Uh huh, how many times have we heard this one”. Poor child, I hope she is found okay.
Yeah, the parents’ impassioned plea became the usual red flag.
We’ve seen too much to believe what Big Media is selling.
“You seem to assume that what you do isn’t weird.” - projection. I think you are trying to be cute, and a contrarian. I’m not interested in sidebar fights, when it really is a serious subject.
and sometimes they provide other useful information, like numbers you connected to. If the parents were involved in any scheme, they'd want to dispose of the phone used. The disappearance of the other phones just makes it seem less suspicious.
I have both. The first thing that will fail in a natural disaster is the cell towers. At least the land lines are self powered and most places the wiring is buried.
Heard a report (media), though haven’t read anywhere, the front door was unlocked during the time the mother put the child down till the father came in (from work) and found the front door unlocked. If (heard) report is accurate front door was unlocked for a five (plus) hour period. Damage from window entry would be obvious. There should be someone who noticed window damage (if was prior) to child having gone missing (possibly). Speculating on my part. Have not followed this case closely. Praying the child is found safe.
I noticed that as well. Perhaps that is what raises my suspicions: it reminds me very much of Susan Smith.
Interestingly, it has emerged (on a blog, which I’m not going to pimp) that the mother failed a polygraph. Don’t jump on me! I’m aware that a polygraph is inadmissible in court, and there are a WIDE variety of reasons for false positives or negatives. I do find that nugget of information highly interesting, however.
If you go to Google, enter in “Lisa Irwin missing”, you’ll see it. I won’t name the blog, because like I said, I don’t like blog pimping. In the story, the mother admits the police told her she failed, but she maintains that’s impossible.
More curious by the hour, it seems. Prayers above all for finding this little girl.
