He should stick at running a Pizza company. Running for Presidency is way over his head. Are we seriously going to consider voting for someone to be President, the most powerful job in the world, when he has never ran for an elected office before? Wake up people.

JFTR, Cain did run for Senate in 2004 but lost the primary to some RINO. Agree that he’s wilting under the spotlight, no suprise there.

At least you establishment republican types are showing your true colors now.

What we need are more Herman Cains and less “elected to office before” types.

You seriously think that the President of the USA should be allowed to order the extra-judicial murder of US Citizens?

Don't let your mindless adoration for Perry cause you to act with such reckless abandonment of all contact with rationality.

You’re right-—he ain’t gonna make it, and he’s proved over and over that he IS in over his head. BUT he has his hardcore fans who will be with him to the bitter end and will have to throw their support somewhere else eventually.
All of it adds up to an eminently exploitable image of a “fractured” Republican Party that the MSM will love exploiting.

Yep. Herman hasn’t the depth of concern or curiosity to actually learn what he’s talking about. Sell those books, line up that next talk radio gig, and thank you for your service.

I agree w/ Cain thoroughly. I don’t want the executive branch to push the boundaries of its powers in this way and set a new and dangerous precedence for our future. I don’t want MY RIGHTS as an American citizen under the Constitution to be subverted and trampled....even for the pleasure of witnessing the killing of a jihadist.

Are we seriously going to consider voting for someone to be President, the most powerful job in the world, when he has never ran for an elected office before?

Are we seriously going to consider dealing with questions raised by someone who signed up for this forum less than two weeks ago?

The answer in both cases is in the affirmative, by the way.

However, Cain was a candidate for US Senator, so he doesn't fit the mold, in any event.

"Are we seriously going to consider voting for someone to be President, the most powerful job in the world, when he has never ran for an elected office before?"

Would you prefer somebody who had virtually done nothing in his whole adult life but run for office?

Oh wait....we have that now. Your preference speaks for itself.

To the point of your question, YES! Thats who we need. No more political/Washington insiders.

To the accuracy of your question, Herman Cain ran for the US Senate in Georgia back in 2004.

With all due respect, I believe that premise is what the founding fathers based the constitution.

The notion that a “pedigree” of elected office or of privileged education(Ivy League) is what is destroying this nation.
