Why would there be incriminating documents at all from the White House?
If Holder, Obama, and whomever, were knowingly doing something illegal, why wouldn’t they forge documents that either show Gunwalker to be with good intents or have any documentation at all?
Probably because the guys they had forge the fake birth certificate were too busy on other things. ;-)
Because, first of all, the documents they released make them look like they were not involved in "letting guns walk" and second of all, this O'Reilly guy can become the "fall guy" if need be as though "the buck" stopped with him.
The emails to and from O'Reilly indicate more than just a passing interest in the Phoenix office's gun trafficking cases. They do not mention specific tactics such as "letting guns walk."
A lawyer for the White House wrote Congressional investigators: "none of the communications between ATF and the White House revealed the investigative law enforcement tactics at issue in your inquiry, let alone any decision to allow guns to 'walk.'"

The answer that I know about and have been watching to see if it happened is as follows: The border gun dealers who were fronting the gun sales should have had immunity letters from a govt agency to protect them. What the dealers were doing was illegal as hellonitsface. Such immunity, to be effective, would have to come from Holder or higher. In the absence of immunity you can expect to see the dealers get prosecuted along with anyone else involved. Further , the dealers can expect to be sued by the families of anyone hurt/killed as a result of this dumbass clusterflock. If immunity was involved there would have to be copies on the other end. But this White Hut bunch is so poly-thumbed that they might have tried to do the whole thing over the phone?

The documents show extensive communications between then-ATF Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix office Bill Newell - who led Fast and Furious - and then-White House National Security Staffer Kevin O'Reilly. Emails indicate the two also spoke on the phone. So my friend the question is what did Eric Holder and The Boy Wonder know and when did they know it? Eric Holder has already testified under oath that "I KNOW NOTHING.". AG PERGURY gets to be a problem for Eric and for Boy Wonder..

Because issa has gone slow, deliberate and done a good investigation. Issa already had the links from the white house locked in. For the white house to change it now would be outright forgery and to say that they don’t have anything would be perjury.
