Probably because the guys they had forge the fake birth certificate were too busy on other things. ;-) Also those guys did such a crap job that it's likely their forged docs wouldn't stand up to legal scrutiny in court under a real President and a real Attorney General, hopefully soon to come.
OTOH it's possible they're working on some crap job doc forgeries as we speak. This Regime hasn't got the sharpest knives in the crayon box.
