I’m loath to post something from the supremely irrelevant Janeane Garofalo or the slightly-less-irrelevant Keith Olbermann, except that this clip encapsulates perfectly how intellectually vapid the Republicans-are-racists argument truly is.
If African-Americans don’t do well among Republicans, it’s evidence of racism, and now if they do get support among Republicans, that’s also racism. It’s an unanswerable assertion that not only is completely circular in its logic, it’s also lunacy.
Basically, Garofalo is kind of like a cult member who insists that every data point supports her religious belief, regardless of whether it contradicts with other data points that are also used in defense of groupthink. That means she’s making the argument in the right venue, anyway.

Nope, cancelled in its first year. Even if the premise is good, people will NOT tune in to watch Garbage Girl. Heck, if I recall correctly, ratings for the season of 24 that featured her were depreciably down.
Oh well, I don’t care about racism anymore, if I ever did. In a world where only a politically incorrect few can be racists, everyone is a racist, and I support Herman Cain whether it makes me a racist or not. Leftist halfwits can wrap that around the script they call intellectual.

If any Republican or Tea Partier is ever asked to respond to a Garafolo comment, the response should be: “who cares what that tattooed skank thinks?”
