Aren’t most of us grandfathered in? When I was born the sun was good for you, a dirty kid was a healthy kid, and 3 out of 4 doctors recommended Lucky Strikes.

A glass of orange juice or apple juice, etc., represent several orange and apples - many more than you would eat in one sitting - and more fruit sugar - and WITHOUT the natural fiber in the whole fruit. Just maybe Ma Nature knows what she's doing?
Fiber is essential to ‘regulation.’
Same old rule of thumb: “All things in moderation.”
(Also, most today do not adhere to the ‘juice glass’, which, at least, keeps the amount at a more natural volume.)

Well in the body it’s straight sugar. So now you are also looking at increased insulin. Not a good thing. That sugar crash is so unhealthy.
Let’s face it. How many oranges does it take to make an 8 ounce glass of juice?
Answer: 3 or 4. How many to make a 64oz carton of juice? 18
You get more flavor and the vitamins and fiber if you eat the fruit. It’s hard to eat 3 or 4 oranges. You get full.
