Three September debates have shaken-up the race for the Republican presidential nomination. Herman Cain has jumped into the top tier. Rick Perrys stumbled. Mitt Romneys holding steady.
And Michele Bachmann is hitting bottom. Thats according to a Fox News poll released Wednesday.
The new poll found Cains support has nearly tripled among GOP primary voters to 17 percent.
Thats up from 6 percent before this months debates, and puts him in what is essentially a three-way tie with Perry and Romney.

After pushing Herman Cain on their network since last Thursday, I’m not surprised the Godfather isn’t in first place. Big jump.
Bachman will be out soon as will Johnson and little Ricky.
Note that the establishment GOP is nearly now all behind Willard.
I wonder where Gingrich will stand. I suspect it might be Cain if it continues.
Cain IS Able !
This can’t be true!
Debates don’t matter! That’s what Perry’s people told me!
LOL!
These polls really are for strippers and cross country skiers, and FOX might be the worst of the lot.
But the Perryites were pushing them to prove his “inevitability” so fair is fair.
Kudos to Cain who has persevered on a shoe string budget, stayed true to himself and his plan, and took advantage when he got the chance.
If Palin doesn’t run I could see getting behind Cain.
I like him a lot but his 999 proposal sucks. After reading it I did some serious thinking on it and concluded it is simple but stupid.
Regardless it has 0% chance of passing even with a major majority in the House and a majority in the Senate.
The order is similar when GOP primary voters were asked which candidate they have the most in common with: Perry tops that list at 17 percent, followed by Cain at 14 percent, Romney at 12 percent, Bachmann at 10 percent, Gingrich at 7 percent and Paul at 6 percent.
He can win.
I sent him some moolah today.
Pinganator!
Herman Cain passes 200,000 likes on Facebook and sends this video thanks to all his supporters: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nwg9bDC-_Ew
Also he writes on Facebook today: In honor of Rosh Hashanah, I would like to wish the Jewish community a warm Shana Tova.

But, PPP and the media still have Cain down. But, but, but...
I’ll be very happy when Cain is solidly in the #1 spot.
There is a clear trend - Romney is beating Perry in just about every poll now.
Cain is gaining on them now. I’m most pleased.
If we can lose Johnson, Huntsman, little Ricky and Santorum before the first votes are cast. I’ll be happy.

I’m thrilled that Cain is gaining the support that he deserves.
If he moves into a strong 2nd place, look for him to become the new piñata of the week. The MSM and ‘moderate’ Republicans will not let his polling to go much higher unscathed.
17 percent? YES!!!!!!!!
Let’s get Perry off the stage. Time for Cain to make his case to the American public.
You are so right. Members of Congress from high-tax states will almost certainly oppose it, as it eliminates the property and state income tax deductions.
