FALSE DICHOTOMY.

I will not praise one loser just to avoid “helping” another.

To hell with both of them. I think Perry is the better one but not by that much. They have much more in common with each other than either has with ‘tea party’ conservatism.

Even if I didnt know Romney, Republicans nominating a ex-MA governor would still strike me as a disaster.

I have an idea for Perry that would ease my fears that he would try a GWB/2007/Amnesty betrayal if POTUS. He should come out and give a clear and unambiguous “Read my lips” public promise to not sign any bill that gives any form of a national Dream Act or Path to Legalization, and he will FULLY enforce current laws and drop the AZ Lawsuit (for sjb LOL.).

Before you would conclude he would just lie consider that no other candidate wants to make that public promise, they are all terrified of Hispanics in a general race. He would be going out on a political limb with Hispanics.

If he did that it would ease my fears.

I definitely dont want Romney but I am not eating crap in 2012 as we were told to do with McCain2008.
