Scientifically-conducted polls such as this one are the most accurate polls. Of course, party primary polls of any kind this early may bear little resemblance to the actual results, but that reflects how the opinion of the electorate is in flux.
As mentioned, internet polls and straw polls are utterly worthless.
The cheap manipulation BY the simple-minded is to believe polls that have results they like, and proclaim polls with results they don't like as "biased" or "rigged."
