Late last week, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) took what is being called "the final step" towards implementing their illegal Net Neutrality regulations.
You may recall, that back on December 21, the FCC bypassed government regulations and seized control of the Internet -- delivering what many believe is a knockout blow to one of the last, great free-market frontiers our nation and the world has ever seen.
According to the organization Less Government, regardless of a multiple lawsuits, a move by the House of Representatives and a D.C. Circuit Court unanimously ruling that the FCC had no authority to take control, the fed is still arrogantly pushing forward toward full implementation of their Net Neutrality regulations on November 20!
The FCC's Net Neutrality regulations would be job-killers -- likely stifling the $30 billion annually that investors pour into Internet development and advancement and hundreds of thousands of jobs.
And that's not the worst of it... As we warned several months ago, these regulations will lead to the FCC's control Web content!
Should we expect anything less?
Considering government growth and control is surging while private sector job opportunities continue shrinking! Now Americans are in danger of losing their free speech rights through this latest FCC Net Neutrality power-grab!
+ + A Grassroots Call to Action!
The only way to stop this runaway train is for grassroots Americans to appeal to the Senate to move quickly to pass a Congressional Review Act (CRA) Resolution that would effectively kill the illegal, job-killing Net Neutrality order.
With more than 100,000 petitions already in hand, Grassfire Nation is asking key members of our team -- like you, who haven't yet added their name to our petition, to do so right now by clicking here:

How would they enforce that? What about content from other countries?
The terrorist are not far from being in our own backyards..one less we need to be concerned with...or maybe two they are now reporting...
and Ron Paul wants to give them ‘rights’ yeah that what we should do...not in my house...
I don’t know. But bet it if doesn;t meet their warped Statist Socialist way of thinging they will want to ban it somehow.
You still don’t know what you’re talking about, but never let facts interrupt a good rant, I guess.
Ends justify means. I see.
and Ron Paul wants to give them rights yeah that what we should do...not in my house...
So, I take it you take exception to this:
That means you are not an American.
Taking the life of a criminal is a just power of government, but only after due process of law, at least as regards an American citizen. All I want is a ruling in a court before killing an American citizen. This scumbag deserved to die, so such a ruling should be easy to get and if it isn't, we need to fix the system.
If Napoletano declared you, as a conservative, to be a terrorist deserving, how you would feel? Oh, wait...
Land of the free?
This is a joke right?
During Bush's 8 years, while at war in Muslim countries, Bush imported hundreds of thousands of Muslims...All while rolling out the red carpet for tens of millions of illegals, from God knows where...During war time.
still blaming Bush???
prove your statement.
The Bush’s are also One World Government politicians. You act surprised.

Ya think this is some secret?
Ya didn't get the memo? Are you blind? A shut in? Ya ever been to a big city?
Following Sept. 11, immigration from Muslim countries tapered off, but, as the New York Times enthused, it has rebounded with a vengeance: "In 2005, more people from Muslim countries became legal permanent United States residents than in any year in the previous two decades."

From LibertyPapers.com (as confirmed by Michelle Malkin here):
Also targeted in the report are veterans, folks anticipating additional restrictions to their Second Amendment rights, and those concerned about the loss of U.S. sovereignty.
At best, by supporting this policy, you are acting as a dupe for leftist creeps like Napoletano. Our Founders pledged their lives to the principle of due process. Millions of soldiers have died for it. You would just throw it away in the name of simple expediency in expressing revenge. We've had years to amend the Constitution if necessary so that we can try this creep in absentia. There is no excuse for giving this government powers to kill an American citizen without due process.
Take your Janet Napoletano BS somewhere else (and as far as I know you may be one of here thug lackeys).
Like the Obama regime is going to shut down the internet. Do you know how fast the markets would crash if that happened?....Oh, wait.......never mind.
I am a long time Republican and conservative but I cannot understand the great hatred of net neutrality shared by my fellow conservatives. Do you really want to see an internet that allows preferences of packet transmissions? Do most of you really even understand what that means?
I’m not about wanting to see my ISP be able to charge me an extra $XXX dollars a month just so I can pull up google.com in under 3 minutes over someone who pays an $XXX extra a month so their Skype packets get priority over mine. That would be at best. At worse (and more likely to occur) would be ISP’s creating packages of sites that you can access for extra fees over not even being able to get them at all. Want to be able to pull up google/FR/foxnews, etc? Great! Just pay an extra $50 a month and you’ll have access to them. Don’t pay and they don’t come up.
Or am I just not understanding the whole ‘net neutrality’ thing??
I thought your NAPOLENTANO you were referring to the JUDGE not leader of Homeland security...as a conservative Republican for over sixty years I'm certainly NO lefty!!!but I am a daughter of a veteran, sister of a veteran and wife of fifty years to a veteran...we know what serving our country means..that dead terrorist gave up his rights when he left this country and joined other terrorist...he had NO rights. PLEASE stay in CA. and protect your redwoods...we chop trees to heat our houses here in rural, Pennsylvania.

Ah, you are admittedly incapable of contextual selectivity.
...that dead terrorist gave up his rights when he left this country and joined other terrorist..
What part of "unalienable" do you not understand? Where is the ruling or law that says that (hint: there isn't one)? Hence, who made you queen?
This nation was founded upon the rule of law. The Supreme Law of the Land (that Constitution you apparently don't understand) says that citizens have rights of due process NO MATTER WHAT. You just handwave that away, pretending that "every reasonable person knows what a terrorist is." The quote shows you that we have people in charge of our government who are both unreasonable and evil.
PLEASE stay in CA. and protect your redwoods...we chop trees to heat our houses here in rural, Pennsylvania.
My FReeper page shows how I CUT the trees to improve the forest. Because you could not READ my page and understand it, you are a proven idiot. Should idiots lose their Constitutional rights too?
by the way if ever in PA. look me up, I'll give you a tour of Shanksville, PA. and the field where flight #93 went down on 09/11/2001, just a short sixteen miles from me..visit Somerset County beautiful in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer....but don't wait too long I might become a shut in...or blind.
just returned to PA. after two wonderful weeks with daughter in Georgia, was there when they put that dude to sleep..already forgot his name..
and I'm glad to see you don't support abortion..NOR do I, I have a wonderful son thanks to adoption and not abortion..by the grace of God he was not aborted but instead given to my husband and I...soon he will celebrate his 40th birthday and he is still our gift...were we Blessed? ya betcha we were...
have a Blessed week end..
