This nation was founded upon the rule of law. The Supreme Law of the Land (that Constitution you apparently don't understand) says that citizens have rights of due process NO MATTER WHAT. You just handwave that away, pretending that "every reasonable person knows what a terrorist is." The quote shows you that we have people in charge of our government who are both unreasonable and evil.
