Well, if she announces, she's off Fox, contract or not. That was made clear by Roger Ailes*, head of Fox News, the other day. However, it sounds more like she's getting tired of Fox and just maybe they are constraining her and she doesn't have as much freedom to say what she wants on there. Heck, I had to watch her Iowa speech on CNN; Fox didn't cover it except for Carl Cameron giving a wrap-up interview as he would with any other person, candidate or not. They're dissing her and she doesn't get to respond on the air.
*Ailes also said Fox was going to be more "mainstream" and no more Glenn Beck-type hour shows.

Well I have never heard her diss a Fox regular until tonight...my eyes got big too...and I swear so did Greta's...that might leave a mark over at Fox...:oP
Regardless of what Ailes is saying publicly, I think it is the the Justice Department interest in Rupert Murdock that is influencing program changes on Fox News.
I find myself watching Fox less and less. I listen to radio on air or on line go to websites like FR or Drudge for news and then just watch regular TV programming...sadly Fox is looking more and more like CNN to me. Conservatives supported Fox when it began with Britt and Tony Snow~Rush promoted Fox on his program—a new different type of news network...Now Fox is actively courting moderates. :(
