President Obama's Speech - Wednesday Sept. 28th @ 10:30 a.m. President Obama will give his third annual address to students across the country. He will share comments regarding the importance of education. The broadcast is scheduled to be televised on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 10:30 a.m. Arizona time. We will provide the opportunity for students to watch this address. For information about the speech, please visit whitehouse.gov. Our schools will honor a parent’s request to excuse their students from this activity. Please contact your child’s school if you would like to pursue this option. Thank you.

I hope he doesn’t start screaming and yelling at them with some nonsensical, meaningless, rant.

On a side note.In Arab Alabama , Prayer before friday football games was replaced with a moment of silence.The crowd prayed anyway..Figure that one out.

Good for you! My daughters English Teacher is so down on Obama, he cannot containe himself. AZ being a red state, it’s usless for BO. I can hardly believe we have a President who feels he needs to propagandize our children.
We know many teachers, some in our family and none of them showed it last year and have no intention of participating this year and a couple of them are in uber liberal Boca, Deerfield beach area.
It’s SCARY!!! One of the teachers I go to church with. After Zero’s win she grabbed me by the arm in the hallway at the school and had a look of FEAR in her eyes. She whispered....”We are in DEEP trouble.”
There are TONS of Conservative teachers where we live.....but are too afraid to say anything.
