How delicious would a Cain GOP nominee be? The race card would be cancelled for the media and Dims, the Tea Party would receive immunity from race baiting, and we would get a bonafide conservative who could claim to be the first real Black president.

Here’s why I wouldn’t want to see a Cain/Christie ticket even though I adore both of them. Cain beat stage IV, but there’s no guarantee it won’t come back. =( That could leave us with a morbidly obese man who could stroke out. I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but those are some serious health issues & considerations for both men. The cancer thing would not stop me from voting for Cain.

The Newt would be a great balance to help President Cain =D navigate DC. I wonder with Newt however, if he could tolerate being #2. “No one puts Baby in a corner” kind of thing.

Wish Dennis Miller would consider running for US Senator.

You have to admit that America is ready for someone who has NOT been in government. It’s a PLUS. Can someone tell me how electing a prez who has never been in government would make things worse? Oh gee, maybe congress would never get anything done but line their own pockets....oh wait never mind, that’s already happening with presidents who have “experience”. What, experience in goverment scams?

Well put. With Congressional approval so low and distrust in government so high, Cain’s “inexperience” could be spun as an asset. I hope the Cain campaign is thinking along those lines.

(Disclaimer: I LOVE me some Dennis Miller.)

This is more significant than it’d otherwise be because Miller is not a “cultural conservative.” He’s not religious and is more libertarian than righty on most domestic issues. So if “EVEN Dennis Miller” is backing Cain, it shows that Cain’s appeal isn’t limited to core conservatives.

I’m sure they are. He didn’t rise to the top early on and I think that was an asset too. But he also didn’t make any mistakes that I can remember. Now he can build momentum at the right time, it will be the end of the year before we know it. Just a simple solutions guy.

Well, I'm pretty sure that Newt would be very busy dumping his present wife and dillydallying with the staff. That's what I say.

I know from Facebook that he has broad appeal. There are a lot of indpendents who like his fiscal ideas and are willing to overlook his socially conservatives views. :-)

Cain is catching fire!

The MSM and the Republican Establishment may have to go back to the drawing board to force us to pick only from their hand-picked RINOs.

Momentum is building for Cain. I’m taking another look at him after Perry’s disaster the other night. I had moved away from Cain after his ignorance of the Palestinian right of return issue, but am reconsidering.
