No, if I did the same thing illegals did and entered Texas UNLAWFULLY and then attended a Texas school for three years, I'm pretty sure I would end up in prison when I was discovered, not awarded "in-state tutition" at their finest universities.

Or am I mistaken and the fugitives from the other 49 states all enjoying discounted tuition in Texas now?

That'd be a mighty fine trick, considering that it's not illegal to move to Texas (no matter how much Obama and his ilk seem to hate it).

And if you'd bother to look at the Texas law, it states that US citizens need only attend school in Texas for one year to be eligible for in-state tuition.

So, no, if you came to Texas, you'd get that in-state tuition.
