They will try, yes. Good observation. But they will not succeed. They will be consumed in a Tea Party grassroots fire of biblical proportions in 2012. People are PISSED (and they are in no mood for either the MSM OR the Party Elites telling them who is “top tier” and who isnt. They are just positioning at some time to start shutting conservative candidates out of the debates, till you have maybe two or three RINOS left to pick from. Wont have any of it this time around!

I wish I had your confidence, but it's been going to be different this time, every time, and it hasn't been yet.

I agree wholeheartedly. Ever since the McCain debacle, I give the RNC a piece of my mind when they call, which they do quite often. Ugh! They’ll not get another dime from me. I tell them I donate to individual CONSERVATIVE candidates ONLY. Then I hang up. If enough of us do this, maybe they’ll get the message.

This stuff about “it’s my turn” in the GOP has to stop! And the corollary is that the so-called “Republican Leadership” needs to be turned out. I’m glad that someone is going to take on Boner next year, and the Hatches and Lugars need to be gone from the Senate ( along with Mr. No Chin McConnell as soon as his term expires). It doesn’t do much good to elect 65 Tea Party Republicans to the House and let them be lead around by the nose by the likes of Boner.

I agree with you AIT, and pray fervently you are correct...however, I do have a question....do we still have open primaries in key states where the results can be tinkered with by the crossover dems? I’m very concerned about that.
