President Barack Obama's approval ratings have fallen to a new low, with only 36 percent of Americans saying that they approve of the way he is handling his job overall, according to a new poll from the Economist/YouGov. A majority of Americans - 56 percent - disapprove of the president's performance.
Even more concerning for the president may be the news that top Republican candidates have moved within striking distance in head-to-head matchups. Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney trails Obama by just a 44 percent to 43 percent margin, while Texas governor Rick Perry trails 46 percent to 42 percent.
As has been the case in previous polls showing the president's slipping approval, Americans seem frustrated primarily in a souring economy. Only 30 percent of Americans strongly or somewhat approve of the president's handling of the issue. 50 percent of Americans believe that the policies of the Obama Administration have hurt the economy, and 53 percent say that they have hurt the middle class.

If the media actually did their JOB Obama’s approval numbers would be about 8 percent..actually wait, I take that back, if the media had actually done their JOB Obama wouldn’t be President right now. The far left kooks will always vote for this buffoon though.
Both were decorated with the usual slogans but they also had an ‘ Impeach Obama ! ‘ poster, Obama seen with a Hitler mustache ( So very creative).
Saw a few folks talking to them, most everyone avoided being talked to. But try pulling this in Boston C. 2009 - forget it. You'd need a SWAT team of protection.
I was going to ask one of the young LaRouche supporters who was wearing a sandwich board how the reaction was. But then thought better of it. Did not really want to get into a long drawn out conversation with a nut.
I was in Boston for a couple of days in August and saw 2 impeach Obama stickers in one day. You could have knocked me over with a feather.

While that photo certainly reveals Obama for the true narcissistic doofus that he really is, I’d say his approval numbers will be harmed more due to the Solyndra and LightSquare scandals and stock market dropping 500 points last week.
Damn, that’s gonna leave a mark! Better put some ice on Hussein.
I thought the number was 38%? I might be wrong.
now just imagine if our pro queer, pro cross dressing media actually did their job and told the truth about their messiah and this admins corruption along wiht pointing out how the black community has been taken for a ride and just used over decades from the left..
Christie is far better than Perry and Romney combined.
Christie has guts, Perry seems very wishy washy on a couple of issues and Romney will say anything to get elected.
which is why we need a real conservative, why we need someone with guts to overturn all of zero’s insane policies like don’t ask, health care, green crap etc.
We can take all of this in the next election and the last thing we need is someone who wants to work with the loons form the left
Nah,it was 25%:

I don’t care either.
Yup - and to them, OJ is still "innocent" because that white b^tch had it coming anyway.
If he were white or a republican, the media would have him down to about 2%
No matter how low 0bama goes, never assume he`s “toast,” or in a “game over” situation. The weak GOP field keeps him very much able to stay highly competitive in 2012. Also, 0bama has a lot of tools at his disposal, and his Chicago thug regime will put everything out there and go to all extremes to keep him in power.
Expect another drop when pics of he the first Mooch take thier next vacation which is coming up soon. People are fed up with her as much as him. Notice how we rarely see poll numbers on the Mooch.
Bush completly lost his base when he teamed up with McCain and the libs to push thru amnesty. He never recovered from that.
I noticed Baraq played golf with BJ Clinton today.
Looking for some popularity tips, no doubt.
The funny part is despite the MSM’s fervent worship of BJ, he’s never had any coattails as far as endorsing candidates.
Maybe not as deadly as Baraq, but still a poor record.
I don’t think he will run. You are right. With all the scandals finally being exposed with no telling how much more that hasn’t come out yet, his second term may well include a trial for impeachment and likely both houses will be full of Republicans. Love to see him and his ilk in jail. I’m looking for the BC to be pronounced a forgery. That would get rid of him tomorrow if the dems really wanted to.
Your post didn’t get much response here and that is a shame. Too many people are afraid to appear uncivil or looney like the leftists that continually called Bush Hitler. Yet I feel, if anything, you we too mild.
The parallels between Hitler and Obama are remarkable but only because evil tends to be consistent. Obama revealed that he was a Marxist during the campaign. His willingness to govern contrary to morality to the extent he has was a surprise.
Now with the flagrant disregard for law in the passage of laws like Obamacare and the seizure of assets from the stockholders of GM, the rounding up and execution of political dissidents seems like a possible eventuality. It’s all just a matter of degree.
That the Tea Party is being compared to terrorists and lynch mobs may be paving the way rhetorically for a crackdown on dissidence.
In light of who Obama is shaping up to be and the evil cult of liberalism that protects and enables him, I place no limits on what he is capable of. I will be genuinely surprised if the next presidential election even occurs for instance. I am expecting an engineered “crises” to set the stage for a putsch.
“Once slips below 35% its game over as nobody has ever recovered after falling that low”
But we’ve never had a black President with the support of the mass media. They will do everything in their power to ensure his reelection. They have too much invested in him to let him lose.
