The last three GOP presidential primary debates have been nearly as notable for the actions of audience-members as for the candidates who appeared before them.
In California at the MSNBC-Politico debate at the Reagan library, the audience applauded mention of the high number of executions in Texas and Rick Perry's defense of the death penalty. "If you come into our state and you kill one of our children, you kill a police officer, you're involved with another crime and you kill one of our citizens, you will face the ultimate justice in the state of Texas, and that is that you will be executed," the Texas governor said to hoots, whistles, and applause.
In Tampa, Fla., at the CNN-Tea Party Express debate, the audience cheered the idea of letting an uninsured 30-year-old man die (video) without care, greeting the idea with applause and shouts of "Yeah!"
And last night, at the Fox News-Google debate in Orlando, Fla., some audience-members booed a recently-out gay soldier stationed in Iraq who submitted a question through Google's YouTube video-sharing site. His offense? Asking the candidates if they would circumvent the progress made for gays and lesbians in the military.

"Any type of sexual activity has no place in the military," former senator Rick Santorum told Hill, saying that the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" ban on out service constituted "special privileges" and "social experimentation."
The audience response led former White House spokesman Ari Fleischer to tweet, "Booing a soldier serving our nation is uncalled for. If I were on stage, I would make that point."
But he wasn't on the stage, and none standing there spoke up on Hill's behalf.

You are forgetting base housing is full of kids.
That is why I am still one of the 2 Santorum guys on FR. He is like one of us. He doesn’t need to think about questions because he has a Conservative core to work from. The right answers are at his fingertips because he really believes it. He lives the life. I like having a person running who is honest with who they are. Johnson, Cain and even Paul never miss a beat and tell it like they believe it is. That is why Perry, Mittens and Bachmann turn me off. They give these wooden answers that you can see were focus grouped.
As an aside. If anyone wants to read a heartbreaking story about Santorum that he rarely talks about is his daughter, Isabella. I herd him discuss it a few months back on Glenn Becks radio show. I didn’t even know about it.
Much like Palin, his adherence to principles has kept her alive when other would have walked away.

Got a pal and he had no problem either with them but one day the guy at his work asked for a life home as his car was broken down.
He then dropped him off and then saw him to go another guy at the house and on the way home my pal thought to himself what they were doing to each other right there and then and since that he has been disgusted by them.

As for those who say they have because they have a friend who is a queer then think about what they are dong and then would that person not have a problem because their friend has sex with their pet dog, young girl,daughter etc?

I like Rick it is refreshing to have someone speak what the majority want and think.

Why don’t you explain to me how the Bible verse you quote is meant to mean that homosexuality should be respected if a person has served in the military.
And why don’t you also explain to us what perversions you don’t want to hate and which it is that you do. If someone is openly a pedophile and has served then are you for booing the person or not? If they engage in bestiality and have served then are you for booing or not?

One of my reservist had a job at the post office. His dad got him the job. Anyway there was a homo working there that kept hitting on him but out of respect for his dad he refrained from beating his ass.
One day the homo asked him if he wanted lunch and my troop said yes. My troop said as he was eating his sandwich the pervert kept looking at him and smiling. He asked what was up and the perv said he had put something “special” in his sandwich. I can’t remember the rest but I think he quit or ended up beating his ass anyway and got fired.

Many decades ago, my FORMER Mother-in-Law had a beach house in Mx. She asked if my daughter could go with her and her friend whose little boy was going.
I agreed since she assured me there would not be any drinking around her.
My Father-in- Law brought her home. I got a call at work from my Mother who was hysterical. She got a CALL fom my MF’ing MIL. She told her that she thought something might have happened to my Daughter.
I was shaking so hard I could barely drive home. I found my Mother in tears. I put my Daughter down for a nap. When she was asleep I called the BITCH and asked her what the hell was going on. She informed me that her friends BOYFRIEND had gone with them.
I was calling the Emergency room, (I worked at a hospital)
they told me how to handle it.
My Husband showed up. (his mfing Muther called him) As calmly as I could I told my Daughter that we need to go see the Doctor. At the hospital I relayed the story and that I had NOT questioned my Daughter.
Calmly she went into the exam room with the Doctors and nurses.
The Doctor came out and said yes she had been molested. The rage I felt was palpable. But attempting to remain calm for my Daughter was extremely difficult.
When we got home I told my Mother and I watched as her heart broke. She took my Daughter to bed and slept with her.
I got my keys to go to my f-ing MIL. My Husband said he would take me. When we got there I demanded to know how this happened. turned out her and her buddy went to a local bar and left the kids with this perv. I got his name and turns out he was in the NAVY. He had 3 girls but was divorced. The police said they couldn’t do anything about it because it happened in MX.
In between the death threats I yelled at everyone involved, I made it clear the U.S Navy was going to get the Doctors report.

I saw an E-9 get busted to E-1 because he was screwing his own daughter. Seems that her new boyfriend wanted to know why she was so sexually experienced and she stated her dad had taught her everything she knew. The cops asked him and he concurred. He used to come into the chow hall escorted by the secuirty pukes.
My Father-in Law who was on the Admirals staff actually took care of it for me. Needless to say he was out of the Navy by weeks end.

Second I am very sorry to hear of the assault of your daughter. That is tragic and I would very well hope that you would have no respect for any type of deviant perverted behavior.

This was a political event and some soldier who self identifies by his sexuality asked a political question. So what if that question got booed. Hell, I booed soldiers when I was in the Army and even punched a couple in the face. They got over it.
