Huntsman says 15 million unemployed.
Try 45 Million
Excellant post Kabar...I agree completely
Or ... he (Perry) doesn't know what he believes.
I know what you mean. Stop destroying each other so much and start kicking Obama. He must be defeated.
No easy to solve. They go with the parents. That’s what the law says. They too are illegal. Those born here can go or stay. We are beyond matters of the heart.
Boomhower?
Yep. It’s painful. I had real hopes for him, but it looks like he just doesn’t think on his feet very well.
I fear that Romney is coming out well in this debate. That would drive me to vote 3rd party or just stay home.
If people voted based on these debates, Newt would get the nod. Alas, they don’t.
Hank
“I remember years ago if Romneys Bain Capital came to a business, it meant many people were going to get fired, the company would be split up.”
Good, then he can use those skills to break up our monopolistic, gigantic, bloated government, sell it off, split it up, and get rid of all excess. Just the skills we need right now.
Its almost like he is trying to anticipate attacks, and is prepared for specific things, so if they are not said, he still goes back to his pre-written response. That being said, I still think he would be a good candidate. But he has had three sub-par debates.
I think Cain and Johnson have the best actual responses, while most of the rest just use platitudes and say they will “repeal Obamacare.” A President cant do that.
Yup.
You would never know it from reading FR anymore. The enemy apparently is now Rick Perry.
I've noticed that, and it's sad.
Eyes on the prize, people. Focus on the goal, OK??
I agree...Perry is getting killed in the debate and it is more self inflicted than being the target.
Romney is going up in the debate at his expense. Perry is trending down and I don’t think he can be saved now.
My order of finish is something like Romney in top place, Perry, Newt, Cain, Backman in second tier. Santorum, Johnson, and Paul in last spot. Overall, besides Romney, Backman was the most improved in this debate.
“Hes already so much better tonight than the first one.”
Really?
Are you watching the same debate that I am?
So they are competing with Legal citizens and legal immigrants for grants, scholarships and loans...that really doesn’t make me feel much better. Again, having 3 kids in college or completed college with no loans for 5+ degrees and counting..., it reeeeally bugs me to see ILLEGAL students getting any preferences....
I know this sounds really snarky, but too bad Mexico could not offer a tuition program for their college aged students citizens to return for in-state tuition and loans, etc...The unemployment rate for young adults is at an all time high (highest since WWII) we simply don’t have the resources to be doing this IMHO. I say we because I am concerned that this is gaining in popularity and will become National if we elect the wrong President.
Cain doesn’t have a chance simply because we won’t give him one...
Now they each get a 30-second shot at Obama. Not nearly enough time!
Or he is suckering them in.
Cain has a good calm about himself.
Bachmann just said the first thing she will do is repeal ObamaCare. Last debate, she was all screechy a president could not repeal it. It would have to be done through the legislature.
