Please, please, if you do nothing else, read the whole article, especially McGinniss' 1/22/2011 email. It shows McGinniss and Random House published the smear on Sarah knowing that much of the vilest material was undocumented. That amounts to recklessness, defined by SCOTUS as the "actual malice," in New York Times v. Sullivan, that allows a public figure like Sarah to recover damages for libel.

Sarah's a public person - that makes it almost impossible for her to sue. But that's not the issue. Worse things are going on...

McGinniss is a typical liberal. He hates people who don't hold his opinions and will use anything to destroy that person - especially gossip and innuendo.

He hates Sarah and everything she stands for...

Liberal elites like McGinniss are small minded bigots. They feel that anyone who isn't wallowing in the liberal gutter must be exposed for not being perfect. Sarah's human - she's not perfect - yet she has values she tries to live up to ... (the last perfect person to live on earth could also walk on water...) Sarah's humanness - AND her desire to attempt to live a moral life - make her a target for liberal elites like McGinniss

How?

His standards for his liberal elite friends is nonexistent - for conservatives it's 'total perfection'. If we looked into McGinniss's life we would probablly find endless filth, dishonesty, lies and damage to other humans.

Why is HIS standard for himself and his fellow elites so low - and for Sarah and conservatives so high? For this guy to act 'oh so shocked' about anything is laughable. What's going on in their dark dank creepy little hellholes of brains to create such perverse double standards?

Easy. His defense - if that what you can call an amoral whine - would be that he never presented himself as being better.

The liberal logic goes like this: If a person is a serial killer - BUT ADMITS to being a killer - and admits to enjoying torture THEN HE IS MORE MORAL than the honest hard working citizen who tries to live a moral life but sometimes stumbles.

Yep, in liberal world the serial killer is often more moral than the minister who throws a gum wrapper out the window or a car. It's how they justify the likes of Porn Peddler Larry Flynt and destroyer of currencies like George Soros. Liberals 'feel' each person defines right and wrong based on creating their own standard then living up or down to that standard. So if the 'standard' is low, the person is 'moral'. Someone who has values and works to live a moral life has those values used against them. The ONLY way to win in liberal elite/evil land is to be totally morally bankrupt - and to joyfully wallow in human debasement.

It's how they can look up to the porn peddler Larry Flynt. It's how liberal elites push evil ...

Rush talking about this now, finally. Only a little over 5 minutes left in the show, and he’s not back until Monday.

Something just doesn't smell right here with that email from McGinnis. I just wonder if it is authentic or if Breitbart is getting punked here. Notice how the screen cap show the Today Show identifying Weasel McGinnis as "Palin's neighbor"? Jerks!

This literary garbageman blames the Enquirer and bloggers for not being able to source the rubbish he stole from them and pasted into his book.

It just keeps getting better and better.

Jesse Griffin, the anti-Palin blogger who finally published one too many libels and inadvertantly outed himself as a result.

Griffin (before he resigned **Or Did a Palin as the Liberals call it**) worked for the Anchorage School District as a Assistant Kindergarten Teacher.

Despite claims of being an anonymous blogger at Immoral Minority, research suggests that, through possible misjudgment, Jesse Griffin appears to have created a situation in which he has been easily identifiable as the blogger Gryphen

Joe M. as much as admitted he had no proof of his allegations on his appearance on The View on Wednesday. His attitude was “who can say it didn’t happen?” I can’t believe he’s still trying to sell the notion that Trig has any other Mom but Sarah. He’s using the technique of throwing mud at the wall, hoping some will stick. He’s not interested in the truth.
