WASHINGTON - In secretly recorded conversations between two individuals deeply entwined in the ATF's controversial "Fast and Furious" operation, the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is described as "collateral damage."
The recordings were obtained exclusively by CBS News. The man who made them - Arizona gun dealer Andre Howard - ran the Lone Wolf Trading Company and was speaking with Hope MacAllister, the ATF operation's case agent.
Two of the guns Howard sold while cooperating with the ATF that were later found at Terry's murder.
"It happened. It's terrible," Howard said. "That's life ok we move on."
In the following excerpts, they talk about the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Two weapons purchased by ATF Fast and Furious suspects were found at the murder scene. They also discuss concerns that ATF whistleblower John Dodson, who had then been moved out of the ATF office and tasked to the FBI, has information that could be damaging to the government.
EXCERPT 1
Dealer: Unfortunately a consequence occurred from a weapon shall we say that found its way into the wrong area ok and that was not anticipated. Nobody could foresee that that's collateral damage I think the term is. It happened. It's terrible. That's life ok we move on. Unfortunately, Mr. Dodson with his allegation is a pain in the a--. Now, my understanding now is it will be impossible now that he will be able to substantiate anything directly because that evidence is gone. I want you to know that. It don't exist. Not that one. You understand me?

Somebody had better get Mr. Dodson into a safe house before he disappears.
I can’t keep up, CBS looks like it has the goods and is releasing it bit by bit as they discover whats going on. There is obvious collusion here and a massive coverup. CBS may just be willing to do its job.
Hundreds of dead Mexicans, as well as dead U.S. law enforcement agents. Yet the entire media complex and everyone else is standing around with their thumbs in their asses as if it's not a biggie.

Heck, I’ll just keep posting my recent rant every time F&F/GW gets mentioned, until some evidence comes out disproving my assertions, or until everyone gets sick of hearing it:

I believe even that answer falls short of the whole truth, which is that this was conceived and planned FROM the WH, not merely something they approved when someone brought it to them for a heads-up and approval.
This is not merely a cover-up, with all its many sub-crimes, nor mere violations of Federal and international laws, nor simply a series of accessories to murders: this is treason, instigated at the highest level of our government, perpetrated by our most powerful law enforcement agencies, hushed up by a complicit media that even includes Drudge, and amazingly “ignored” by the Congress critters on BOTH sides of the aisle.
Treason.
This so-called “scandal” is clear evidence that this government, supported by the media, is mustering all its resources and powers to suppress We The People and the Inalienable Rights declared at our founding. It is tantamount to an act of war against this nation, her Constitution, and her people, perpetrated by “enemies ... domestic“, domestic terrorists who have infiltrated the highest levels of the government and the media with the intent to impose tyranny on the nation.

Dealer: Let me help you out. Here’s what I smell. There’s a reason you ran (unintell.) about not talking about any of your other agents out there.
Agent: Yeah.
Dealer: You got some rats in there honey...

Dealer: I’ll tell you some of these motherf-——s, I don’t know if they’re giving it to Dodson, I think they are, somebody’s got some inter-agency copies not just this sh—.
Somebody help me out, how does this gun dealer know so much about evidence being hidden and the other nefarious workings of this debacle?
I find it hard to blame the dealer, who seems to be having serious qualms at this point. After all this was the gummit, they’d never do anything unwise would they???
I understand why SeeBS is releasing this ... it blows away the idea that the dealers were innocents simply forced to do this by big bad ATF agents. Sounds to me like he’s in it, up to his neck.
Obviously, he’d been told, because he was making an attempt to be conscientious independent of the gummit and they needed to tell him a good story to keep him going. Is it even known whether what he was told was completely the truth?
The gun dealer is Andre Howard, the agent is ATF Agent Hope MacAllister.
