The driver was an attorney who was taking his sons to a Catholic Youth Organization soccer match. The bomb went off under the passenger seat and basically blew off the legs of the son sitting on that side, and seriously injured the attorney and the son sitting in the back seat.
I think it will probably be pretty easy to find the guilty party if they go through the attorney’s cases. It’s possibly a custody case or something else that the bomber felt gave him the “right” to attack this man’s family.

"Hits" like this aren't usually done by pissed off individuals with a grudge. My guess is that he was involved up to his neck with unsavory people and couldn't carry thru with his half of the agreement........
Either that or this was a random fuel tank explosion which will certainly be exploited by NBC........
