When he says raising taxes is bad for the economy, he’s pandering to the independents. When he says raising taxes is the right thing to do, he’s pandering to the liberal base.

It’s really no more complex than that.

Not drugs or stupid, Obama’s plan is to destroy our Republic.To briing about that destruction he has to destroy the entrepreneurial middle class, and make them dependent on government for their welfare, healthcare,and make their employess change to work for goivernment agencies.

This is a clear plan, anyone can see it if they just read about the history of other nationalist socialist Utopian movements in history. If Obama is not stopped he will cause millions of deaths here in the USA and abroad, its just the way it works.

Recession? With federal deficit spending a significant portion of the GDP, it is hiding the economic depression that we're in. And absolutely raising taxes during a depression is the worst thing possible, as it causes more retention of earnings and a suppression of investment.

But that's ok, we're going to sell all those foreclosed homes so that they can be rented out, because there's just so much disposable income in the system to absorb all those rents rather than families seriously concerned about their economic future and avoiding traps that’ll simply leech what little of their income is left rather than investing in property to ensure future prosperity...

AND that assumes the millionaires and billionaires will NOT change their spending and investing habits. If 100% of their "income" was to be taxed at 100% you can count on them moving offshore, or investing offshore, thereby depriving little boy king barry of his ill gotten gains.

Millionaires and Billionaires are not shackled to a desk in a cubicle waiting for their retirement day - they are free to come and go and take their money with them.
